   Went it today to get some trainers for my three year old. The staff were so unhelpful ! All standing chatting and annoyed I disturbed them to ask for sizes. Was a really strange experience, like they didn’t want me to find what I needed. Wont bother with this shop again.

   Was in the store this week and the staff througt it was a social gathering instead of customer service. All gathered round the till dancing. Then when my Order came the guy just kept talking while putting it through. Only one member of staff was kind and I forgot to get her name

   Wow, what a fantastic store manager. He took extra effort to get one item, which is nowhere available in the whole south of Scotland. This is called the best customer service. This man is a big asset to any company. Would love to visit again. Thank you

   I visit JDSports for sportswear for my grandsons.They have a great selection of good branded clothes.I also get football boots there.The clothes and other items in the shop are all good quality.A great shop to visit for all your sporting needs.The staff are nice and friendly and helpful.

   Really not happy at all with the customer service I just received from one of your store assistants not only was she patronising but also rude. She went and got my order and then asked for ID I said sorry I don't have any on me. She said have you got a bank card then? in a really rude cheeky tone. I then said no sorry I have my banking app which has got my name on it" She sighed and then tutted and practically threw the parcel at me and said Cheers Bye" again in a rude and abrupt tone. Seriously not happy and will not be back again!
