Satisfied with my purchase from JD. I’ve interacted with a few staff members, and I do feel the overall customer service could be improved — especially in terms of being more genuine and attentive to customers. However, once I was handed over to Marcia, everything changed. She was outstanding. She listened carefully, responded quickly, and made sure the issue I had was resolved. Her customer service TRULY DESERVES 5 stars. Moreover she is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars otherwise it would have been 2 stars given the overall customer service experience.
Went to JD in Hamilton , but to get the sizes we needed , we had to zoom into Glasgow the next day. Tbh my wife and I are JD virgins thus the full experience with the fantastic staff and the radio controlled delivery to the customer of the sizes we needed was fun and fascinating, will be back shopping at JD sports
The shop was really well stocked and the staff members that I interacted with were really patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the products and discounts available. Joshua in particular was really lovely and went above and beyond in helping my sister choose her perfect pair of trainers. Thank you.
Great store with very helpful staff, was in the store with my grandson choosing trainers. The staff in attendance showed great patience whilst getting trainers for him to try on. Would recommend this store

I would advise everybody to check the state of trainers before buying as i bought a pair for my daughter but did not realise they were dirty. It was a wrong size and when i went to return and exchange they did not do it. They blamed on me for being it dirty and whereas nobody wore them as it was a wrong size.
