Love this shop, the new store is amazing. So bright and colorful. So many things to tempt me to buy. We live abroad and always come here to add to our collection. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Visited for the first time last week and had a great experience. Very discounted prices on the usual le creuset range and a few even bigger savings on a few items each month. The lady who served me was very friendly and gave me a business card with the email/phone so I could check the offers at the start of each month to build my le creuset range. I’m going to go back and buy that pot I always wanted!
Hello livingston Scotland from carrickfergus n ireland just a wee question I've just stated to collect the lovely plain orange le cresuet some seconds well I brought the little soft square to put pot and pan on,also the baking utensils for the kitchen,which were bought from e bay. On reading the label it says made in pakistan. How can I find out what is real or fake, some advice would be helpful.Thank you for your help, also your store is beautiful.From Mo Humphries.
We visited the shop early on Sunday morning 1-9-19 where we got chatting to the shop assistant Rosie...what a fabulous interaction between customer and staff. She was very knowledgeable on the products and helped us choose the exact thing we were looking for, albeit not immediately known to us at the time, definitely the way a customer should be treated and because of her...we will be back very soon to make another substantial purchase....well done Rosie...the consummate professional...cheers
