My son has been accessing Swinsound after moving from another swimming club. He’s neurodivergent and can struggle with meeting new people and learning new skills. His teacher Turner has been amazing, he has tailored his teaching to meet his needs and been very patient with him. My son has built up trust and says he loves his swimming lessons each week!
Absolutely delighted with how much progress the kids have made with Swimsound over the past few weeks. Class sizes are small, and instructors are kind and patient and brilliant at building kids' confidence in the water! My kids look forward to it all week. Highly recommend!
Our little boy started Swimsound a few weeks ago and we can’t believe how much progress he’s made already. He’s 3 and when he started he was scared to get his face wet or let go of the instructor. After four lessons, he’s now swimming the entire width (with a pool noodle) of the pool by himself and blowing bubbles underwater! All the instructors are really friendly and engaging, they play lots of lovely games to keep it exciting when practicing different skills, it is the highlight of our boys week and he really looks forward to his lessons. The pool party experience for the children was a massive success!!!! They loved all the activity games in the hall, they played together, worked together as teams, and had so much fun doing it!!! The coaches were amazing and so engaged with the children and enthusiastic which was passed on to the children. The pool party was fantastic - of course safety was paramount and it was ensured that all children were able to swim, touch the floor or required a swim aid. The age range was 4 to 7 and all children were adequately supervised by an ample number of swim attendants. The children had so much fun in the pool playing games and enjoying the inflatables!!!! Honestly could nt recommend the pool party enough!!! Well done everyone x
Just want to say thank you to everyone at Swimsound for hosting my boys joint 9th & 6th Birthday Pool Party. There was an hour of games, followed by Birthday Cake & Happy Birthday then an hour in the pool with more fun & games. Because you get the full 2 hours of fun there's no time to stop for food so we gave out a snack party box at the end for the kids to take home which worked well plus Swimsound gave everyone a sweet cone too. All the boys had big smiles on their faces as they left and said how much they enjoyed the party. My boys had the best time too so thank you once again.
My children has joined Swimsound for 3 years and enjoys going every week. My youngest recently had a pool party to celebrate his 6th birthday with them and it was a huge hit with all the kids and parents were glad they did not need to get in the pool with them. Staff are fully trained and experienced, young and energetic, and there were plenty of staff to look out and encourage the children. Prior to the party they were excellent with communication. One child was autistic and they were able to make arrangement to meet the child’s needs. They also included sweet cones were they give out at the end. If you want a stress-free party, I would highly recommend Swimsound.
Our eldest daughter has been learning with Swimsound for over a year and loves it. It is well organised and the instructors are all very professional but friendly and have great relationships with the children. Our youngest was desperate to turn 3 so that she could go too! She’s been going for a few months now and the improvement in her water confidence is amazing. Last week she wanted to jump in again and again! I can thoroughly recommend this swim school.
I was recommended Swimsound by a friend, following a disasterous experience with total swimming. We’ve been with Ian and his team for over 3 years now. My two children who swim on a Friday, have had a great experiences with their instructors Ian, Josh, Bethan and now charlotte! They’re now confident in the water and have gone from strength to strength with swimming , whilst having fun. The celebrations of their achievements (little award ceremonies) as well as summer and Xmas water parties are a particular favourite. I would highly recommend Swimsound to anyone looking for children's swimming lessons, in a warm and friendly environment. The staff are great with the children and my daughter absolutely loves going to her lessons. She is still learning how to swim, and I will continue to use Swimsound lessons to help her develop her technique.
5* Swim School - My Son Nathan has been attending Swimsound on a Saturday for the last 4 Months after a recommendation from a Friend. I am so happy with the progress he has made. Ian & his Instructors are all Friendly & Welcoming but most importantly excellent Instructors. They all have a experienced Swimming background & this is clear to see from the Classes they hold each week. Classes are in small groups depending on the Child’s Level so each child receives enough one on one time for you to see them progressing each week. I’ve already recommended Swimsound to Friends & will continue to do so. Knowing how important it is for Children to have this Life Skill and witnessing how well Swimsound teach it is why they’re 5*.
