   The service I received at Haywards Pharmacy in Bush Hill Park recent experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the urgency of my situation. I required medication urgently as I had a flight to catch. My GP went above and beyond to ensure that my prescription was sent to pharmacy quickly. However, when I called to inquire about my medication, the pharmacist said I was rude to his staff not only provided poor customer service but also slammed the phone down on me, which I find completely unacceptable. When I followed up with the staff about the status of my prescription, I encountered a rude attitude that only added to my stress. Even after offering to send a driver to collect the medication, the staff continued to be unhelpful. Additionally, the delivery driver was also rude and condescending, despite my polite demeanor. I appreciate the urgency of the situation and was simply trying to ensure I received my medication in time for my flight, but the lack of professionalism from the team was shocking. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Haywards Pharmacy for my medication needs. And I will advise everyone I know not to go there besides there are pharmacies that offer a better products reasonably priced and open later and with polite staff. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service.

   Extremely disappointed! I am a 28year old lady that purchased the day after pill, particularly the Levonogestrel which is legally sold for £6.00 and NOT MORE! Pharmacy took advantage and charged me £25.00 which is disgraceful. As this is known as the non-branded pill. Good to mentioned, that the pill was just given to me with no questions asked about my cycle nor when it happened etc. I actually take my prescription from this pharmacy and have advised my GP to stop it. Have also mentioned to my family who also takes their prescription to go to another pharmacy.

   Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and all the people who work there seem very lovely, welcoming and kind. Thanks everybody at Haywards

   It's 2022 and they pharmacy only takes cash payments. I'm waiting for a new bank card and only managed to get some cash by borrowing from a flatmate. If my flatmate wasn't home I wouldn't have been able to collect my prescription until Thursday, which would have been too late. No customer service or empathy from the employees. It's important for people to get their medication on time and these days most people pay using a smart device. Cash only payment at a pharmacy really isn't acceptable in 2022. Will be switching nominated pharmacies with my GP ASAP. Not risking being unable to collect meds because of outdated payment systems. (Edited to add - the only good experience is that my prescription wasn't ready at the time but the pharmacist prepared it super efficiently, so thank you to him.)

   I have been going to this Hayward’s chemist bush hill for a long time now and I cannot rate the pharmacist enough they are so lovely if I could give them 10* stars I would also I would just like to add that I don’t feel they have been given enough praise and respect for being there all through this pandemic and how much pressure they have had being overworked due to doctors not open so thank you so much for all your hard work.

   I called late - as in due to run out of meds late- to order my repeat medication and they managed to get my prescription done and delivered the very next day. Fantastic service, and friendly professional staff. Best Pharmacy I have ever had in all my years on repeat meds. Thank you Hayward’s!!

   What a remarkable service I have experienced. Friendly staff, excellent professional help and advice. And a very prompt and efficient delivery service. This l have to say really helps me and has completely reduced the stress levels to more or zero, enabling me to concentrate on the road to recovery. I really can't thank you enough for everything you have done to assist in this somewhat difficult time in my life, thus far. And I'd just like to add that my daughter Jennifer who helped find your pharmacy services, was very impressed with how you dealt with the problems l was having with communicating repeat prescriptions. We thank you so much. Keep up the excellent work that you obviously do for our local community, it is certainly very much appreciated by the Griffiths family.
