Great service and excellent patient care. Addressed all my concerns about my new medication and assured me I could reach out to them if I had any further questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better service- Highly recommended!

Bad service. Medication should have been delivered to my elderly mother. They had no availability for 3 days!!! I live too far away to collect her prescription so this delivery service should be better!!!
Keval is an amazing pharmacist, he is kind, helpful and has great customer service. He is an asset to Well pharmacy. Not many pharmacist will sit there and spend the time needed to explain how and when things should be done, he will go above and beyond to help anyone. I am extremely great full for all the help and guidance. Best pharmacist ever!
Put in a prescription and after 4 weeks got it.L,ike its too nuch hard work for them.On collection one member of staff was wearing her awfully worn home muppet slippers on the shop floor? Ever so unprofessional id like to see her sacked or something like this.What ever next will they be in PJs next time which im sure will only frighten customers away?
My mum and I went to this particular Well Pharmacy on Ordance road on the 26/10/2022 for our Covid19 vaccinations. We were left extremely pleased with the service provided by Keval in particular. He was very professional, friendly, empathetic, agreeable and just generally made mum and I feel at ease. I can also say that I didn't even feel my vaccine and experienced hardly any sensation at all and I think this is because Keval showed knowledge of exactly how he wanted me to position my arm so that he could correctly and effectively administer the vaccination. Overall we have nothing to complain about and we were really pleased with the treatment we received.
Terrible customer service, unhelpful. The customer assistant refused to sell me any cold and flue syrup despite me having valid Cold and flu symptoms. The customer assistant did not seek any advice from the pharmacist despite NOT being qualified to make that decision. In all my years of working in the medical profession I have never seen anything like it.
Pharmacist is always late. Makes life really hard for me as a carer as I can only leave the house for so long and indeed the lovely ladies who work there as people take out their frustrations on them. Buck ya ideas up those who earn the most. !! 17/06/2022. Today was terrible. No pharmacist by 10am so I had to leave as the heat is terrible for my condition. Had my covid jab booked too. I should of been home by now. Disgusting service by the pharmacist. !!!
Bad customer service not open on time because pharmacist decided to open at 9.30 instead of 9 because he felt like it was told.no customer service as all staffooks down on you thinking they are better thab you for some reason.like your a pharmacist not a astronaut get off that high horse. Also for once treat your customers like humans instead animals. The lady that works at the till is the worst no skills or manners nothing.
