Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been in would highly recommend never stepping foot inside the door 100%
Pharmacist in there is amazing and very helpful, very knowledgeable He helpped me with all my questions and concerns. The pharmacy is very small and seem very busy.
How can I be calling at 5:30pm like 15 times no answer I then call , at 5:54 for me to come and collect medication I'm gonna ( add the photo of the amount of times I called , I finally got through to them at 5:55 , they told me they can't do my nhs prescription Becuase there closed I need this medicine as I am flying out tomorrow , there is one pharmacist t who talks so bad on the phone but deep down I know she won't have chat like that face 2 face she was being so rude on the phone saying it's time for her to go home nothing she can do bare in mind she is contracted to finish at 6 ,she telling me she is about to leave the store at 5:58 , people like this don't deserve to be working they feel like they can chat to anyone anyhow over the phone , now I could of been petty and walked in the store and said I ain't leaving till they do it but I was like let me not even be petty today , I asked them for the name so I can make a complaint they said they can't give me her name I said any manger I can talk to , they said they can't give them details , you see one thing.I realised is when u want to do the right thing if reporting them They beat around the bush but bro they need to close this oharmacy down
Been waiting for 3 months for my important medicine every time I go they say it's not here yet even tho it should be monthly. They must be doing something dodgy with the medicine. They never pick up the phone they are very rude
The staff a very friendly, from my experience & I feel bad for them. As they’re under the cosh, and is just dealing with fall out from Riley House & the state of the NHS. Avoid Saturday, even the staff will tell you to avoid Saturdays. Impossible to get through on the phone as they never pick up, likely due to dealing with the mess of the store. It took an hour to get a prescription the other Saturday due to other staff not doing their job and leaving the place in a mess. Prescriptions bagged up but can’t be found. Credit to Yvonne & the stand in pharmacist who did their best get over the ‘chaos’. As the Pharmacist said, ‘people who depend on this medicine are being turned away and their lives are put at risk.’ So thank you two both staff members for trying their best, but I just feel bad for the older people & disabled who have to venture out in 31C to be told to come back another day or wait over an hour. I’d say avoid if you can. But I don’t think you’ll get much better anywhere else. Actually go private if you can.
I work as a community support worker and one of my clients spends hours trying to get through on the phone to put in for a repeat prescription to no avail no one answers the phone. My client is a vulnerable adult and she needs her meds this well pharmacy does not help at all.
Terrible service I had to wait 48 mins for antibiotics with 39degree temperature The head chemist was slow and should not be allowed to work in that system he has set up for him self! he had around 20 people waiting and all he could do was be on the phone, as for the other staff they all ran around like headless chickens giving 0 service They should not be licensed to work under those conditions, people were ill and made to wait around 40 mins to an hour! It’s ridiculous
Somebody please train them to answer the phone !!!!!! IVE CALLED EXACTLY 50 TIMES NO ANSWER, PHONE THEN TAKEN OFF THE HOOK SERVICE IS A DISGRACE !!!! Poor mum and dad over 80 years of age now need to get a bus not knowing if prescription sent from doctors this morning is there. If they can't answer a ringing phone what hope has this place got. Poor customers.
I have been a customer for 30 years. Great service up until a couple of years ago. Some staff are polite and professional, one member of staff always seems so stressed by their job, it translates to rudeness. I agree with other review that they do not let you know if/when they have your prescription and if you can get through on the phone, this same stressed member of staff will interrupt/cut you off mid sentence. Again, i'm sorry your job is stressing you so much, perhaps leave or find one that doesn't have such a negative effect on your customers. Also, they twice said they can't get my medication - but Shah MK chemist in Freezywater have either had it in stock or was able to order it in for the next day. They also answer their phone if you call. Time for a change for me.
I dont believe the staff here have any training above lvl 2 plus they're very sloth like. A queue could easily end up half way down the roadnif customers didnt breach social distancing.
