    Very friendly staff, they have really helped my elderly grandma who has recently started dosette trays, especially Jenny, she has explained in a very patient and helpful manner, she now understands how to use her medication and is more organised, they also always have it ready on time so i know i can rely on Zara pharmacy staff members☺️

    Medication not delivered on time Dossett box and other medication late and if while waiting for the regular medications it’s been ignored and not sent, then told to pay for delivery even though medications are sent in time from GP…… The phone rings out unanswered, staff unapologetic especially the pharmacist his tone is just rude and unprofessional.

    Covid test done throw the pharmacy, utterly and completely disappointed. Test result never came, pharmacy shifting blame on royal mail and the lab, refusing to refund the cost of the test. I'd avoid getting your covid test there.
