I went in the west Wickham branch today and was listening to the assistant telling an 80 year old woman she couldn’t use their loo. The old lady started crying as she was desperate. The assistant told her to go to the nearest supermarket. I was absolutely disgusted. I walked out in disgust I couldn’t believe What I was hearing
Sooooo incredibly slooooow. Never answer the phone, close at 5 and not open weekends. Unless you are retired or are a sloth or retired sloth this place is pretty useless.
Why advertise a service you don't provide? Booked cholesterol test online for which I received an acknowledgement and a reminder of the appointment. 20 minutes before the time received voicemail asking me to phone them. As I was already in the High St called in and was told they don't do them. You can still book this service. What is going on? What a complete waste of time. Fuming! Doesn't deserve any stars.
Used this pharmacy for the first time today, as my regular pharmacy were out of stock of an item of repeat medication and this pharmacy had it. From my initial phone enquiries, to visiting in person to collect the medication, I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. The staff were very professional, very polite and the service was exceptional. So refreshing to walk into a well run shop. Very nostalgic, reminded me of times gone by, when staff actually valued customers and excellent service was always the norm. Thank you to Charlotte for her lovely manner and service. Keep the good work up and thank you for making my visit to your pharmacy, a pleasant one.
If I could give no stars I would, this pharmacy is hopeles, rude and careless. My husband has been using it for repeat prescription for a few years and it's gone downhill and been consistently shocking for a long time. They always mess up the repeat prescription so nothing is ready, they then lie and blame the surgery. We then waste time resolving and making unnecessary trips. Today I went to collect and they had nothing, hadn't even requested it from the GP. Fed me a bunch of lies about funding and procedure, which the GP confirmed was nonsense. They then tried to get me to pay for two items which are covered by a pre payment certificate as they were "doing me a favour", seems rather crooked to me. But why should I pay to resolve their mistake? The lady in front of me was disabled and they told her they could only give 1 out of 4 packets as they'd given three of them to someone else. They made a woman with mobility issues go away and come back again another day because of their own mistake. I left with no medication and resolved with our wonderful GP and Mona Pharmacy in Shirley within half an hour. Lloyds staff just don't care, they are unpleasant and rude. They never answer their phones, have limited opening hours and offer the worst customer service I've endured. Don't waste your time or sanity, go somewhere else. Absolute joke.
Very unprofessional staff, with a rotten attitude. Don’t open on a Saturday!!! Charge £5 for delivery of prescriptions. Prescription sent direct to them on Friday, finally received it on Tuesday afternoon…..they have no regards for the urgency of the medication. When I questioned why it had taken so long, they replied “ that’s just how it is, we deal with the older prescriptions first” dread to think how long some people may have waited. Definitely would not recommend this pharmacy.
I switched this to be my nominated pharmacy as the queues tend to be short if any at all which is good (the only reason for the star). However the service is just so poor and I've had enough. I don't know if its because of what I look like that they behave this way, but they are always unpleasant. My most recent experience I had to deal with a sarcastic assistant who was unhappy that I had queries about my missing prescription. Didn't try to help at all, and made no attempt to resolve the issue. Definitely avoid if you can, it's worth waiting in the long queue at boots instead of dealing with this.
