“Best thing I ever did was moving to here from Hayes. Being a small independent pharmacy, gives them a massive advantage over the big chains. They get to know your needs and are able to smooth out the current major supply chain issues by being nimble and "on the ball" with suppliers. Staff are charming cheerful and professional. As important, is the fact that there are always enough staff on duty to deal with customers needs. There are never long frustrating queues while a single "frazzled" member of staff goes painfully round and round in ever decreasing circles! (my previous pharmacy) They are super efficient at dealing with my long list of different prescription items. The shop is also well stocked. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Akash and the team.”

“We’ve used Tender Paws vets for all our cats over the last 20 years and they have always been fantastic. This week when my cat had an injury they saw her the same day and after following their advice to treat and wash the wound she is doing great and back to normal. All the vets we’ve seen have always been so very kind and caring. They even have a segregated area for cats which is a great idea and much appreciated when you have a nervous and stressed poorly cat.”

From my initial phone enquiries, to visiting in person to collect the medication, I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. The staff were very professional, very polite and the service was exceptional. So refreshing to walk into a well run shop.
