Two members of staff could benefit from further training in customer service judging from my recent visit here.
I had a great experience when collecting a prescription from this pharmacy. I normally use one local to me, however due to a supply issue I was sent to this one and couldn’t of been happier with the service and staff. My wait time was nothing unexpected, the young blonde lady (who’s name I didn’t take!) explained the situation with their new system to me and apologised for any delays, however this wasn’t necessary as I was processed quite quickly. I would have no qualms with using this pharmacy again and would throughly recommend it to anyone!
No Attempt at any decent level of customer service. I was asked repeatly question after question inferring that I did not have prescription to collect " are you sure you are at the right pharmacy. Finally located the prescription asked to call back to be informed the Pharmacist is praying and I needed to come back. Never again.
Very attentive to my needs and always do their best to ensure I'm kept up-to-date with any medication delays. The regular medication reviews are helpful as well. Yes, they can be short staffed on occasions, but my experience has been they always try their best to help.
I am shocked at the potentially dangerous practice of part fulfilling my new prescription for anti depressants in boxes previously opened and with no patient information leaflets enclosed. (Discovered on returning home yesterday) I have to return next week to get the remainder of this order as there was not enough in stock. I can go online to get this information but not everyone would know this or have access to a computer or other device, particularly in my own category (elderly person) and nor should they have to. The first thing I do with a newly prescribed item is to thoroughly read the patient information leaflet. In this instance the pharmacist checked with me that I was aware of how to take the pills, frequency and amount, but that was it! I will need to give feedback to the doctors and I’m exploring how best to do this.
Rude service, no one is ever at the counter and you are made to wait often very long. Took prescription once to another unrelated pharmacy and was astonished at the much better level of service i got. I am changing pharmacy.
