   I am absolutely appalled by the experience my family and I had at this pharmacy. One of my family members was experiencing an asthma attack, and since we didn’t have a prescription for the medication they urgently needed, we had to use the pharmacy’s phone to call for help. This was an emergency, and we were doing our best to navigate a stressful situation. During the phone call, which took some time due to the circumstances, we overheard one of the pharmacists telling their coworker that they didn’t want us "sticking around the pharmacy" because we informed them the call might take a while. Let me be clear—this was well before closing time. This behavior was absolutely appalling. Pharmacies have a responsibility to help and support people in need, especially in medical emergencies. Instead, this pharmacy made us feel like an inconvenience and showed complete disregard for a person’s health and wellbeing. We were so disgusted by their rudeness and lack of empathy that we ended up leaving and going to the hospital emergency department nearby. This was an incredibly upsetting experience, and I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. If you care about being treated with kindness and respect, go elsewhere.

   Absolutely disgusting service!! My daughter was having a major asthmatic episode where he blatantly refused to help the situation! The co worker was trying to be helpful by ringing an NHS helpline number where I overheard him saying I don’t want them in the shop! My daughter was struggling to breathe! Try to avoid at all costs especially if an emergency

   This is by far and away the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. You put prescriptions a week in advance and I still have to wait half an hour when I go to pick them up. They are constantly packed with unhappy people waiting and they NEVER answer the phone. Absolute joke.

   Terribly unreliable. I collect the same medication for my infant son regularly on prescription, and every single time they miss their ETA for when they will have it in stock, and seem unwilling to keep it in stock. Impossible to get through by phone as they never answer. Will be looking for an alternative. Updating to add further details: I originally ordered the prescription on Friday 26th April and was told it would be in stock by Tuesday 30th April. Went to collect on Wednesday 1st May - only 4 days' worth of medication was available. Was told they would 'try for Friday'. On Friday they did not have the order, was told by the manager in charge that it would definitely arrive on Saturday. Today (Saturday) staff have lost the order, because they did not collect it from the delivery driver despite signing off that they had received it. They admitted that they just sign off the deliveries without checking the contents, even though three members of staff were present, "because there is a large queue" (there has never been a large queue during any of my visits, presumably as most local residents have given up on this business). This is woeful, negligent behaviour from staff who have a duty of care to patients. They should not be trusted to manage medications.

   At lunch time today (19/03/2024) I went to this phamacy to collect my regular medications. I was the only customer there at the time but I was completely ignored until I reminded them. When that happened, a young staff member was standing there no more than 3 meters away from me. The staff of this pharmacy can surely benefit from some basic trainings.

   Good pharmacy and lovely staff and for that reason giving 5 stars but opening hours are a bit shorter than most. Closing 1pm Saturday and Thursdays and an hour for lunch needs a bit of getting used to.
