   Two stars is generous. Even the attempt to receive compensation was an insult. £200 back from THE most stressful 3 months to finish a "3 week" 20k+ kitchen. Showroom staff are where the positives end. You're in the hands of the "Wren approved installers". (aka cowboy builders). Biggest regret of my life. Literally. Avoid. Don't say I didn't warn you.

   We had a fantastic experience with wren kitchens from start to finish! The quality of their products is superior to other brands and our finished kitchen is beautiful! Nothing arrived damaged and the delivery was seamless. We also received an upgraded fridge freezer at no extra cost to us. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their kitchen!

   We found the whole process of kitchen design and supply from Wren very easy - we were very happy with the design & suggestions given to us by the designer to enhance our own ideas. We were slightly overwhelmed with the huge choice of units/colours/combinations of workspace but the designer helped us through it. All deliveries were on time and we were kept very well informed via the app and email regarding delivery dates and specific time slots. We are very happy with our new kitchen and the quality is excellent. Our kitchen fitters (not Wren) found the kitchen easy to install.

   Very efficient service. Saw designer by appointment and discussed our requirements. A 3-d coloured layout was produced which gave an excellent impression of the finished installation. All stages of the order were covered and a firm delivery date agreed which was completed on time.

   My wife and I were very impressed with the wide range of high quality kitchen units and appliances available from Wren Kitchens, Hermiston Gait, Edinburgh at very low prices. We described our requirements to designer Ruaridh Given who set out the ideal layout in fine detail that met our needs and provided 3D images of how our kitchen would look when completed. Wrens later supplied detailed plans in hard copy. The units arrived on the due date, fully assembled and carefully unloaded by their delivery team, together with an itemised list that was meticulously checked. Wrens thorough attention to detail and complying with timescale is a credit to the company and their processes. I am happy to recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a quality kitchen at an affordable price backed up by an efficient team.

   Love My Kitchen We are so happy with our new Wren kitchen. It looks fantastic and the quality is great. When researching the install, we had several installers comment on how well the units are made especially at such a reasonable price. The customer service throughout the entire process has also been above our expectations. Would highly recommend Wren.

   The nightmare starts after I order a new kitchen from Wren, hired 2 fitters to install the kitchen over the weekend, they installed exactly according to the plan of original pack. The hob location is 35 cm away from the middle; I do not understand how can these happen? because Wren sent a staff and did all measurements before I placed the order, it does not seem to be a professional design, the installation had to stop for this low-class mistake and I still need to pay the fitters. Emailed the 'designer' on the 02/May, the reply is: ‘Hi, I’m not sure if they have tried this but you can cut the corner piece down to get to what you require.’ That is the most ridiculous answer I have heard ever in my life. Email the customer service no reply, call the customer service teams speak to someone who promised I would be back to you tomorrow, but from then on never heard anything. Had to pop into the shop and the showroom had to send someone to do the measurement again and admit to me on the spot it is a design mistake. Write a formal letter to them and received the reply by ‘email’ from the department called solution team. After I read the email, I was shocked about how they push their responsibility away but it actually reflects how your company treats the customer like. They said the customer had signed the supply chapter They said their staff is not an expert so all the customer should be an expert if Wren does not supply the correct measurement why you send a staff to do the measurement? If Wren staff is not an expert on design how can you open a showroom to design 'dream' kitchen for the customer? If the cabinet is not physically there how could the customer know Wren made the wrong design? All the evidence are here to prove Wren made design mistake but they still insist the customer should make sure the kitchen fits. Can I understand the daily training from Wren is training the staff to lie to the customer, to cheat money from the customer and treat them like a trash after a sale? I will forward all the evidence to Trading Standard agency. You may cheat me successfully, does not mean you can cheat more customers? It is obviously my responsibility to let all the people know your shameless behaviors.
