I'm writing ths in retrospectively to RUPESH PATEL pharmacist! I have walked in today to the pharmacy and I was askimg to speak with the pharmacist. The staff was trying to find out what is my query, but I said this si related to the pharmacist to discus with, she was asking the pharmacist to come and talk to me, WHEN THE PHARMACIST SHOWTED ACCROSS TO THE STORE AND SAID IS BUSY CAN'T COME NOW TO COME BACK IN ONE AND HALF HOUR I told I have only one single simple question about my routine banched prescription, because whenever I'm comming and asking about my routine prescription averyone feels to be lost in the pharmacy, then the PHARMACIST IGNORRED ME IN FORN OF OTHER COSTUMERS SAID ''I MUST TO GO I HAVE TO GIVE A VACCINE'' and I replied ,, TO GIVE A VACCINE TAKES LESS THAN 5 MINUTES'' when he become verbally more roude in front of other costumers who were waiting in a que to be seen and fighted with me! IGNORING COSTUMERS IN FRON OF OTHER COSTUMERS IS THE WORST ATTITUDE FROM A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL SITE WHO SHOULD BE UP TO DATE AND CONFIDENT WITH PROBLEM SOLVING SITUATIONS AND TRAININGS TOO + TEAM BUILDING SKILLS , which from his site were showing 0.
I’ve been attending this pharmacy for over 3 years most of staff and service is fine, but one middle aged female woman member I believe the manager Debbie Kennedy with dark hair is absolutely awful I’ve only ever had a couple encounters with her, but both times were so bad I felt the need to leave a review. she is so unpleasant patronising rude argumentative unsympathetic just vile I had to walk away . Luckily she isn’t there every day. Shes just ruining what should be a very simple straight forward experience.Very distressing I will be making a formal complaint.
I had a terrible experience at Orpington Tesco pharmacy. After explaining my situation in detail and that the fault was on Tesco pharmacy and I needed help, the lady I spoke to was unhelpful, unapologetic, blunt, and rude. She didn’t take any care with her words and made me feel completely unsupported and alone in my situation. Don’t go to this pharmacy if you can avoid it.
Awful experience. Debbie Kennedy refused to sell me eye drops that my partner desperately needed. We had come back from a trip away over weekend where the pharmacy in Chichester only had the ointment version and recommended we get the drops version at earliest opportunity. My partner was in agony with her eye which is swollen and red. With 2 small kids she stayed in the car. Debbie at the pharmacy was extremely rude and dismissive and refused to give me the drops, but I’m unsure why. When I questioned she ran to the back of the pharmacy and left me unseen to at the front desk. This was after 15 minutes of queuing! The other pharmacies in Orpington were shut as its bank holiday Monday so as I write this my partner still doesn’t have what she needs and is in extreme pain. This is completely unacceptable and I will be formally taking this higher at Tesco and making a formal complaint regarding Debbie Kennedy.
Very slow and inefficient service. They never answer their phone either. Don’t bother, pick another pharmacy as your regular.
I had a really tough time changing my pharmacy when I moved to orpington, and boots staff in on orpington High Street being incredibly unhelpful and at times defensive. Today I needed an emergency prescription due to the boots pharmacy not giving me instructions on how to order a repeat prescription. Alvin and the team at tescos stepped in and were unbelievably helpful, kind, and caring. When you're feeling anxious about anti-anxiety medication, it's so important to have that care and support. Thank you to Alvin so much for taking care and showing so much compassion. I have switched my pharmacy to this team at tesco - they are a wonderful bunch.
Useless. Was told by 111 to contact pharmacy for advice on on my Mothers illness. They couldn't be bothered to answer the phone after several times trying. This on a night when their not busy.
The staff are lovely very helpful. However they have a new pharmacist a man, he is awful, rude, unhelpful and argumentative !
Rude service. I was the only person at the counter, and the young brunette lady pharmacist told me to wait while she slowly continued reorganising meds on the shelf. I stood and waited at counter for good 7 minutes. Rearranging the shelf was clearly more important than getting medicine to a sick patient.
