   I’d never ben here until a couple of weeks ago when my partner was getting flue vaccination and I then arranged one for myself. It’s a really community focussed pharmacy where excellent customer service clearly matters. For example: there was a bit of queue when I visited and staff were apologising and managing customers expectations which was clearly reassuring to everyone. Service was personal, tailored and I felt confident in the information and service I was given.

   (AKA Loh) I really believe it is much better to support independent local pharmacies and where the service feels more personal. Priory pharmacy provides excellent services and together with their efficient liaison with my GP surgery, I have nothing but praise for them.Also, it’s a pleasure to see the previous retired pharmacist is still on the scene!

   I would highly recommend this pharmacy! I recently had a really bad ear infection with complete swelling of the ear canal. I called the local Priory Pharmacy and I spoke to pharmacist Prabjaudt Channa to see if he could help me. He gave me an appointment for a private consultation straight away. I had a consultation and I was prescribed antibiotics and ear drops. I was also asked to come back for a follow up appointment to make sure my ear is healing properly. Mr Prabjaudt cleaned my ear and advised me to go to hospital to get an ear wick insertion since my ear completely closed and wouldn’t allow topical application of the ear drops. I had to cancel my trip and needed a letter for the insurance company, which he kindly wrote for me. All this was £25 for the initial consultation and £20 for the antibiotics and ear drops which I would have had to pay for anyway. I found the service very efficient, reliable and friendly. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It’s nice to know that we have this service close by.

   It would help if staff does not disclose confidential information at the front desk when collecting prescription as they confirm your full address and name which is unprofessional and going against data protection. This should stop u can go by post code or just door number or date of birth not your full details.

   I went to check the nasal spray Dymista at Priory Pharmacy Orpington today and saw it was sold for £23.99. At Boots and Superdrug the same spray costs £19.99. This shows that Priory Pharmacy Orpington is charging too much and i believe it is overprice. I hope the management will review their prices so that future customers and patients can afford the items sold at the pharmacy.

   So pleased I'm with Priory Pharmacy, they are always so polite and helpful. I've never had any issues with prescriptions and most recently did the free ear check as my ear felt very blocked, one in particular was very bad causing tinnitus so I agreed to pay for the micro-suction service and was so pleased I did (there was no pressure to commit to this, equally I was told I could go back to my GP). Would highly recommend.

   Best Pharmacy in the Orpington area. Trust me I have use various in the area. I am a carer for my mum so a visit to then pharmacy at least once a month is required. I used them by chance once and I impress with the pharmacist and the staffs. Very friendly and efficient. I requested for our GP to allocate them as our pharmacy. I travel from Chelsfield to use Priory Pharmacy. And its well worth the travel. They don't waste your time. Guarantee 100%, your medication is ready for collection when you get to the pharmacy. For a busy mum and daughter this was a life saver. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you staff and pharmacist of the Priory Pharmacy!
