Have attended here many times and all staff are very helpful. May be a bit of a wait sometimes which could improve but customer service is really good and i like that they implement young staff at this pharmacy too who are professional, respectful and helpful

Absolute clown show, pharmacist always on lunch, service is so slow with no sense of urgency, after being in there I needed medication just to deal with the trauma of it. Rude, jobs worth, self important staff. A nightmare.

I had a big tragedy in my family. I urgently saw a doctor and got new medications prescribed, it was as urgent as it gets as my bp after 15 minutes of sitting and talking with the doctor was 180/120. Pulse 120 beats per minute. I left my surgery, and dialled the pharmacy straight away to let them Know that i am on the way ( it was about 11:30 am, maybe 11.45 at most). After some waiting i got through ( no big deal, other people have problems too). The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional , i asked him to refresh the system to check if anything has come in. And there was. 6 medications. The gentleman on the phone then tried to explain to me that i should come after 3pm earliest as the pharmacist was taking a lunch break. I made sure that he understands how urgent it is and it must not be delayed. I told him that i am still on the way to the pharmacy and will be there in about 45minutes and wait if needed. Well did come in around 12:20-12:30 and left 13:24 on the dot. 2 hours. Atleast 6-8 people working to process and dispense a prescription that has no unusual items ( everything was in stock). I did not complain or anything at the time. I just needed what i needed. However i have ordered one of the medicines 3 weeks after ( 8 days ago from the time i am writing this review) from their website that said to give it 5 days for order to go through, which is long …but as they inform about it and warn not to expect anything immediately- its fine and i understand. After i placed my order it was confirmed and to my surprise “ your medication should be ready on wednesday ( i ordered it on monday , because the last dose i had was to be taken of friday). If there are any problems we will contact you Etc etc.” Well it is Tuesday week after . Was calling them since the morning ( few tries an hour from 10-3pm) and managed to get through 15:17. I was then told that i probably ordered too early. But when i mentioned that they instruct to order a bit in advance more problems came up. Apparently i should order prescriptions via their website ONLY if the surgery is within a mile radius from the pharmacy as the delivery drivers do not go further than that. It might be just me, but if i place an order online, using your web services, why is it relevant how far the surgery is if everything is done electronically apart from the collection of the prescription that is ready? That must be one of the best business strategies to get new customers/patients use your pharmacy and not any other one that sends prescription requests to surgeries via email? I was told that i am being difficult because i asked what am i supposed to do now? As i ordered my medication early, gave extra time, have not received any notification that there is a problem with the request. I honestly dont know what possibly i could have done more apart from going in the pharmacy stepping behind the counter, sending a request email to the surgery, calling surgery to chase up the request if there is a problem with it, downloading prescription, dispensing, double checking, bagging and delivering it to my house on a unicycle? I feel sorry for some Of the staff that has to try to explain why waiting for 2 hours is the is the best that can be done because the pharmacist is having lunch while the person/patientwho is calling in advance on Monday ( there are usually not too many prescriptions if any sent during the weekend so the first half of the day is very mild workload wise) is having a critical health emergency. Very poor service. Management, superintendent and owners should do secret shopper/ patient check, i bet the results would be rather interesting.

My mum is on a priority list for delivery of medication which should be within 48 hours. This chemist has failed yet again to deliver, leaving her in pain for 8 days and not answering their phone.

i bought a plate for my toddler and next day relized she all ready had that one took it back unopened with receipt to be told it's left shop so can't refund it but you take cash off people so your using coronavirus as a excuse to not refund bearing in mind i had handled it and you had no problem handling it then

The woman with the red hair was sooo rude to my son who has autism. He got to the chemist at 3.55 . She was sooo rude to him because it had just gone 4pm and she was not getting paid. What a disgrace. He apologised 3 times to her. Wait until I give her a piece of my mind on the phone monday morning

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. Firstly the staff are extremely unprofessional and don't seem to have any idea what to do if you ask them a question. They never pick up the phone when you call so are left wondering if it is worth going up to see them personally but even then you will be disappointed. Just check the NHS website itself for what this place is really like. I will be using another service even if it is more of an effort to get there for all future purchases.
