   Disappointing Decline in Customer Service This pharmacy was once fantastic under the management of the two brothers, but sadly, the service has deteriorated. The staff now show little courtesy—on my recent visit, the pharmacist was abrupt and dismissive, while the counter assistant walked back and forth, ignoring customers instead of assisting them. Waiting times are unreasonably long, yet no one acknowledges those standing in the queue. To make matters worse, my prescription was handed to me without a label, and when I asked about it, the dispenser simply expected me to remember the details which is unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such a decline, and based on this experience, I won’t be returning. There are far better pharmacies that treat their customers with respect

   Who is that awful disrespectful curly haired woman stuffing her face with snacks at the register speaking to customers like she, herself, is a teenager? Terrible attitude today. I will never go back in that chemist again.

   Worst service ever, had to change pharmacy. Noone wears masks, doesnt ask for id when picking up prescription. Moreover no social distancing is followed between customers and workers. They know from my prescription I have an infant at home, but couldn't care less about my safety.
