   Awful experience. Staff have no level of care or concern for patients. Myself and others had to wait over 25minutes to collect medication when handing in a prescription. Absolutely awful would never come here by choice. Ridiculous! Staff were rude and spent time hiding behind the counter rather than interacting and taking prescriptions. Disgusting!

   This is my local pharmacy and I’ve used it maybe 2–3 times a year. Today’s visit was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy. I went in to purchase a beard dye, which was listed at two different prices — £6.99 and £8.99. I politely asked the assistant to confirm which price was correct. He went to ask someone behind the counter, who responded rudely: “If that’s the price, that’s the price.” No explanation, no customer service — just pure arrogance. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, another man stepped in (seemed like a manager or owner), and instead of calming the situation down, he escalated it further. He said things like “I’m going to defend my colleague,” and completely dismissed my concerns. It honestly felt like I was being ganged up on. There was zero effort to resolve the issue — just defensiveness and attitude. The entire interaction was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. It really feels like a family-run business where they have no accountability and zero interest in customer service. This is not how a pharmacy — a healthcare provider — should treat people. I will be contacting my GP to request that my prescriptions are no longer sent to this pharmacy. I will also be raising this with the appropriate regulatory bodies. This place is to be avoided at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful service.

   Was able to get the meds that I needed only because of the kindness of this pharmacy. The Dr had written the prescription incorrectly & they worked it out - smarter than the Dr!!! Also a refreshingly clean & orderly store with smiling employees.

   Somebody please sort this pharmacy out. My 80 year old mother has been without her cholesterol meds since September and still waiting. Every time you call they say they will deliver. I don't think anyone knows what they are doing there. It is a,shame that there are no other pharmacy nearby . Pleaee sort yourselves out. Thank you

   Terrible service!!! The pharmacy is always cramped with boxes, not well stocked up, no waiting system, always a queue even if you need something over the counter. They used to be a good pharmacy and that’s why I chose them as a nominated pharmacy but in the last year the service went down the hill. It’s almost impossible to get through the phone - it’s always busy! Today I called them to check if a prescription is ready to collect (I ordered it online 5 days ago). Someone finally picked up the phone and let me on hold for 18 minutes (!!!!!!!) I just hung up as I can’t spend my whole day waiting at the phone. I still have to chase them for my prescription…

   Requested medication for over a week for my son who has had an eczema flare up, called consistently everyday, they say the can’t find the request on the system, then I asked to speak to the manager but they did not let me. Disgusting. They don’t care about you or your children. Really upset about this. Will make a complaint. I can’t bare to see my son like this.

   The staff are very rude. My prescription was ready on 7.9 20. They are supposed to call. Nobody does This has been going on since December Their answer is the text machine is not working. They are the worst pharmacy i have ever know. They dont give medication on time . This time they gave one box less. I told them they are dealing with sick people. They should be careful.
