Petros has been absolutely wonderful he’s not only a highly skilled vet, but also one of the most caring and patient people I’ve ever met. He always takes the time to really listen to every concern I’ve had about my cat and explains everything in such a calm, polite, and reassuring way. The treatment and attention he provides are outstanding, and it’s clear he genuinely cares. Honestly, he deserves the very best recognition Peter has also been fantastic. Since my cat has been in and out, he’s been so supportive and always kind and polite, which makes such a difference when you’re worried about your pet And I can’t forget Alison and Shaynie at reception – they are both so lovely and helpful. “Thank you for arranging last minute emergency appointment. My rabbit injured her leg on 26/06 and my worst fear was that it’s a fracture. The vet did an amazing job, she checked her twice and said that she just pulled her muscle. They prescribed pain relief medication. She’s doing well now, jumping, running around and using her leg in full. Thank you so much.”
