Staff are always helpful kind and supportive. I’ve been with them for four years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. They are very careful and thorough and amazing! Claire Elena heather are all brilliant !
Veterinarian Helena was extremely professional today. She gave me exactly what I expected from a vet. Toto, my cat, and my family are very grateful. I would give her 10 stars, not just 5.
The staff are very nice and professional and always make me feel as though my cat has been cared for. However, whenever I call the vet no one seems to pick up the phone no matter what time I call. Other than that it’s a great vet to take your pets!
Thank you for arranging last minute emergency appointment. My rabbit injured her leg on 26/06 and my worst fear was that it’s a fracture. The vet did an amazing job, she checked her twice and said that she just pulled her muscle. They prescribed pain relief medication. She’s doing well now, jumping, running around and using her leg in full. Thank you so much.
One of my Guinea Pigs was ill and not eating. The vet was very professional and able to identify the problem and was super helpful and friendly. The vets were even able to give a slot in their busy schedule when they found out the cost of treatment at the Royal Veterinary College was much much more expensive. We were also late to our appointment of 18:30 due to traffic, but the staff were super kind and pushed it to 18:50, 10 minutes before closing. I do feel guilty making them go home late.
I have taken both my Guinea pigs to Goddard Ilford a number of times due to the vets (Elena Pedretti) knowledge of exotics. Other local vets haven't come close to the level of care provided by Elena and her team (Karis and others). I can't speak highly enough of them, they work tirelessly to put the welfare of your pet first and are always good natured. The nurses are also highly skilled and great at handling/ dealing with Guinea pigs. I hope Goddard group recognises what an amazing team they have at their Ilford branch.
An amazing team of Humans took excellent care of my sick Mouse. Quick appointment - called at 09:30 - got booked in at 11:30 . Elena rocked my world . Thank you team !
