The worst pharmacy ever, fighting over who should come to assist us, rude manners speak impolitely and very unprofessional.Never organised always have to visit the Pharmacy 3 days in a week since they cannot provide us the medication even though GP has told us they have sent it .
i collected one emergency item with them once and then when i went to collect my regular meds from my usual pharmacy, i was told that eden has my meds. i never approved this. when my usual pharmacy called eden to release they shut the phone down. i then called and spoke to mahi who accused me of pretending to be patient. awful experience and extremely rude customer service. avoid entering
I recently had shingles and visited Eden Pharmacy in Goodmayes, East London. The two pharmacists, Sam and Rina, promptly diagnosed me with shingles. They were not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and caring throughout the process. They prescribed the correct treatment, and thanks to their expert care, I’ve made a full recovery and feel so much better. Thank you both for being so wonderful!

Very rude staff. Rude over the phone and rude in person. I would recommend training staff in customer service as they lack basic etiquette. The lady at reception resorted to rudeness to compensate for her lack of knowledge.
Visited this pharmacy today for a COVID test prior to travelling to France. Excellent efficient, friendly service. We arrived 45 minutes early but they fit us straight in.
I am very surprised to read a review from 7 months ago. That customer could not have been in the same place! I have visited a number of times on behalf of my sister. Every time I have had exemplary service - quick, knowledgeable, efficient. On the phone I have been impressed that my sister's records were immediately available and staff knew precisely what I was talking about and were able to either arrange prompt delivery of medication (within a couple of hours!) or direct me to the necessary action. Repeat - impressed, very, and - by the way - thank you, Eden staff!
