   My grandmother gets her blister packs delivered every month from here but for the past few months they have not been delivering them and I’ve been going to pick them up. Last month they told me that for November they will deliver her blister packs three days before they run out. They have not delivered it and due to this she will have to miss her medication for a day. If they were unable to deliver it they should have contacted us to go and pick it up but did not even do this.

   Terrible, Never, ever go there, This chemist is the worst I have come across, consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. I would give it minus stars unfortunately its not an option. The staff is so rude its unbelievable. They will keep on lieing with you that you have already collected your prescription, when you have not collected, even surgery is saying they have your prescription. Bad review is not enough they need accountability.

   Good service, the opening times can be a bit weird on certain days when you'd want to pick up a medication but minor and the staff are friendly and on-hand. Usually not waiting too long though and its easy to phone in advance if needed. Parking nearby in a side road and good bus links.

   I called today to make an enquiry over the phone, regarding a certain medication and if they have it in stock. The lady on the phone was helpful and patient while I was looking for my NHS number. I'm very pleased with the service I received over the phone.

   Due to Covid-19 Dr prescribed medication to be delivered to my home. It prescribed on Saturday 8 January and today it is 11 January and still waiting for my medication. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible staff.

   My mother’s medication on the auto-request at this pharmacy is always late. Today was no exception and I rang to chase them up. The woman over the phone firstly told me the medication wasn’t due and so it hadn’t be requested, (laughing and mocking me at the same time), after I did the count for her, she told me it had been requested but the surgery hadn’t sent them the prescription. I asked her for the date it was requested but she couldn’t tell me the date, at that point I knew she was lying and so I hung up. I should have changed our pharmacy a long time ago.
