   We had a very bad experience with this pharmacy few months ago when we went to take out prescription they simply said we don’t need to pay that we are exempted that is showing on their system despite us saying we don’t have any exemptions and insisted to pay but the person at till was very stubborn and haven’t taken the payment after asking several times and fast forward we received a penalty saying we didn’t pay for our prescription which we already expected and later went to speak to manger and insisted to pay they didn’t take any payment and she Was completely not helpful and saying you can make a complaint the whole experience was shocking . Please be aware of them .

   I needed to use the pharmacy first service and went to this pharmacy and the service I got was excellent, from the way i was greeted, my query was dealt with and the expert advice that was provided. Zoe and Ben went beyond and provided this excellent service. This will be my regular pharmacy from now on.

   I have been with this chemist since they first opened and they show a great deal of continuity of care, Zoe and Ben are excellent and very through at what they do they are responsive to all my queries and my medication is delivery safely, and timely, Zoe and Ben are both very articulate in their job roles and both show a great level of competence. I have trust within this chemist as they always follow up things, and communication is excellent. Pharmacists are always available and offer really good advice This is by far my best chemist and very reliable. I am sure they will do well in any pending inspections they may have.
