   I went in a few minutes before they closed. They made me feel so uncomfortable and wouldn’t spend 5 minutes extra to help me with antibiotics I desperately needed. Very bad customer service will not be returning.

   Appalling service…. Staff on the phone have no knowledge and extremely rude… asked opening hours and told Saturday open until 5pm… They are actually open until 1pm… I’m without my medication which is very dangerous… they should be sacked… plenty of knowledgeable trustworthy people needing the job.

   Avoid at all costs. Went into buy facemasks and store clerk went into backroom and put together a makeshift packet of masks in a ziplock bag and charged 5 pounds for it. In a pandemic time, this level of crookedness is disgusting.

   Be warned this pharmacy is now under new management and its pretty terrible. The don't enforce social distancing or masks. The pharmacist wears a mask as a chin strap. Oh and they give you the wrong medication then try to blame you for it. Find somewhere else to get your prescriptions this place isnt worth the risk

   Every time you go in here atleast one of the staff are on lunch. Even at 11am there is a strong possibility that someone will be on lunch. More often than not staff will tell you that there is a back log of prescriptions and ask you to return in an hour. Very slow! I now don’t even bother going in there, as there is a much faster fully functioning pharmacy just across the road.
