Just bought the medicine my wife came to me and i asked her how much it is she told me the price i went staright away to pharmacy again to return the medicine and they said they cant return it once its off the shelf. i literally took it back in 5 minutes. It was contraceptive pill which usually cost £5 - 10 max and they charged £35. Such a rude behavior never going again there.

This pharmacy does make mistakes with prescriptions. Wrong doses, different brands etc and on top of it all the way they give their flu jabs crossing your arm is certainly nothing I have seen before.

I am very concerned about the service I received from this pharmacy. On more than one occasion, the pharmacist has made mistakes with my prescriptions. A pharmacist should be attentive, careful, and accountable — but in this case, the lack of attention to detail and the neglect of these mistakes left me feeling unsafe and unsupported. While i am speaking to him he doesn’t seem to have interest He is zooming out mid conversation And instead of paying attention He is doing Hmmm hmm m hmm I ordered a prescription 3 weeks ago with the pharmacy and all i got to know today by a lady it was not ordered

Avoid this pharmacy if you care about proper healthcare. I was referred here by NHS 111 for my child, as they said the pharmacy has a qualified consultant who could assess the infection. Unfortunately, the experience was appalling from start to finish. The staff at the counter seemed completely disinterested and unwilling to help, as if they’d rather be anywhere else. There was no sense of urgency or care — not what you expect from a healthcare service, especially when dealing with a child. The so-called consultant barely acknowledged us. Despite explaining that we were referred by 111 and needed a proper look at the infection, he didn’t even bother examining the affected area. He just shrugged and handed out a prescription without any assessment or explanation. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him. Frankly, I wouldn't trust this place to sell vegetables at a car boot sale, let alone provide medical advice. This pharmacy is failing the community, and I hope NHS or relevant authorities take a serious look into the way it's being run.

They seem to stock rare prescription items which are impossible to find elsewhere. Very grateful for their friendly and professional service.

I went to get a prescription. An old white lady was serving me at reception. She was very rude and condescending. It was my first and last time going to this one. She did not have any manners and was talking to me like I was stupid and then proceeded to have the worst attitude.

Open 7 days a week and until 10pm. Friendly staff and helpful. Always have what you need. Good for local residents, not much parking near by.

Awful service. My 5 year old’s prescription was sent by GP, two weeks back and we are still chasing for these medicines. These are just regular medicine. They literally have one staff to serve customers and she takes her sweet time to dig through the stock. Whenever I visit there, I have to stay so long, for them to find my medicine! I am put on hold for so long when I chase for medicine!!

Very poor customer service . I had to wait over 15 minutes in the queue because this person infront would not leave and kept asking the pharmaceutical assistant about things. When she finally finished and left, the assistant did not apologize to start off with about the long wait and secondly , informs me then that their card machine is not working. Why was not a easily readable SIGN put up on the counter screen at first to let customers know in advance that the card machine was not working?
