   Was so surprised, but very grateful to find this pharmacy open on Christmas Day (night) so that some medicine could be bought but also an emergency prescription of an inhaler. Pharmacist was very helpful and guided us through placing a prescription via 111 emergency prescriptions. They also appeared to have lots of stock of anything that could be needed. Again, very grateful that they were open so late on Christmas night. Thank you.

   This is a great pharmacy with wonderful staff. One member told me about the pre-payment certificate, as I was paying for each item. This worked out to be great advice & saved me loads. The staff are really friendly & helpful. The pharmacist go the extra distance in chasing you up if you get new medication to make sure it works. Plus, the long opening times (till midnight) most days is a life saver, especially after work.

   I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service my mother and I have received at your pharmacy. My mother submitted a prescription order four days ago and has still not received her medication, despite it being urgently needed. Over the past three working days, the staff have shown no willingness to help or to follow up with the GP surgery, even though they have the means to do so. Instead, they repeatedly told my mother to chase it up herself. When my mother visited the pharmacy in person to seek assistance, all three staff members she interacted with were rude and dismissive. Shockingly, the manager on duty, Aman, told her to leave the pharmacy. This behaviour is completely unacceptable from any staff member—let alone a manager—and left my mother extremely upset. In addition, when I visited the pharmacy the day before, I waited 20 minutes only to be told that the medication had not arrived. The service is consistently slow, unhelpful, and shows no regard for customers’ needs. Overall, this experience has been extremely distressing and unacceptable. I expect prompt action to address the staff’s behaviour, the lack of communication, and the failure to support patients who rely on your service.

   I’ve visited this pharmacy twice recently and can’t stress how much Aruna helped me with products, advice and treatment for my toddler. She was so helpful, thorough and patient. This pharmacy is always efficient but Aruna’s assistance really stood out in recent visits.

   Fairlop Pharmacy is an excellent local pharmacy — always clean, well-organised, and reliable. It’s one of the few pharmacies in the area that stays open till late in the evening, which is incredibly convenient if you need to pick up medication after work or in an emergency. The staff are polite and helpful, and the service is quick and professional. It’s located right on the high street, at the corner, and there’s plenty of parking on the road nearby, which makes it easy to access. A great addition to the community — highly recommend!

   Always very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is always very neat and tidy. They offer a wide range of services and I have had a private blood test done here and got the results the next day when I couldn't get an appointment with my GP. Very convenient as they are open til midnight and I had to collect an emergency prescription which was already done up for me. Great service overall.

   Been going here for 3yrs . Fantastic service staff are always willing to help and always quick easy collection of my prescriptions and warm welcome. I also used there blood test service and it was easy and very fast results and professionally done. Fantastic staff and pharmacy also do other health checks which I recommend.
