This pharmacy has been disappointing in my experience. It is often closed during expected hours, the manager is not always available to address queries, and medications are frequently out of stock for extended periods. Due to these issues, I would hesitate to recommend this pharmacy for regular medication needs.
Very rude and indifferent pharmacist, as one professional to another he omitted information unless i asked multiple times. He has very bad people skills.
Borno Pharmacy is amazing! The staff are friendly, professional, and always go the extra mile to help. Service is quick, and they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend for their excellent service and welcoming atmosphere!
The pharmacist are rude. When you call them it’s very hit and miss, either you call them and they don’t answer or answer. They didn’t have my medications so the manager promised me they will call me back to collect the next day. She never called me and told me she forgot. Then she told me they don’t have the medication in stock and go to Brittianna which is what I did and they had it easy! I really needed them mess and was in so much pain they could have let me know on the same day they wouldn’t be able to get my medication. The staff are clueless and say one thing and do another.
Would 100% recommend Now that my parents are older , they rely on dosset boxes and deliveries for repeat and acute prescriptions. The pharmacist, dosset box staff and rest of the team are ALWAYS very helpful and kind. We have had to seek medication advice every week for the last month and , without fail, always given appropriate and friendly advice … they go over and above to ensure mum and dad have what they need. I wish all pharmacies were like this Thank you
All are very helpful, infact in covid situation they helped a lot.The pharmacyst and other staff are gentle people. Really appreciate them.
There was a fair skin, curly hair girl with much make up attended to me. She argued with me for so long that I have never had any prescriptions taken from them before whereas I have taken and she can't find my details. The same evening I went there back again, she was not there but somebody else found my prescription n gave it to me. She behaves like I'm her slave. Absolutely long waiting time too.

From looking at other comments, I see other people feel same way so clearly she is the problem. When I go to the pharmacy, he starts questioning me like a policeman, just as if I were a criminal. And asks additional questions. I feel like I'm her house servant Needs to hear the feedback and change.

Have been using Borno Chemists for 30 years since I moved into the area. Staff are helpful, I have never had a problem, the pharmacist , and there have been a few over the 30 years I have using this pharmacy has always been helpful. I think that the staff are very tolerant, as they get a lot of abuse from some of the customers who seem to think that they are the most important and should be seen and served first.
