    I told them my symptoms and the pharmacist told me that I’m dying I was genuinely scared and started crying and then when I was about to leave the pharmacist came back and told me it’s okay I’ll give you a diarrhoea pill otherwise you’ll die genuine confusion

    Unfortunately reviews don't allow negatives, I've given this pharmacy a break last couple of times my prescription went direct from my GP.. They hold onto the prescription, don't notify you if medicine is on a back log. you just have to keep popping in.. Also "if I've handed you a prescription nobody has come in or out, why do you then as me to confirm all the details on the prescription" .. Day Lewis Pharmacy opened on Cranbrook Road.

    I went in to collect my prescription this morning, the staff were very helpful....I had to wait a few minutes for it as they will only make up your prescription when you turn up to collect it. While I was waiting I had a good look round and I think that the store it self is in need of modernisation. Some of the floor needs to be replaced and the whole look of the store is very very dated indeed. Especially the area where the pharmacist works looks like it needs a better layout and a great deal of freshing up.
