   I have had rude and bad customer service before, but it didn't bother me. But today was just another level. I took my 6 yo there after GP visit to get a prescription - he has a stomach bug and has bad diarrhea every 5 mins or so. He needed to go while waiting for the prescription to be filled. I begged them to let him use their toilet they said no - it's not for customers. Sent me across the street to public toilets which were not in use anymore. I ran back to them 2 mins later after he's soiled himself, only for her to suggest I take him back to Dr surgery to use their toilets. Absolutely heartless - I will never ever use their services again.

   The customer service from the cashier was extremely disappointing. She quietly remarked to her colleague, questioning my choice of prescription in a demeaning manner, suggesting that I was foolish for not choosing alternative options. As a non-medical professional, I was unaware of those alternatives. Furthermore, she disregarded my inquiries, leaving me feeling completely unheard.

   I went here to pick up my prescriptions. I was about to pay the usual £9.65 for each item but the wonderful pharmacist called Sana, told me all about the NHS prepayment certificate and helped sign me up for it which saved me £18. She's the best pharmacist ive ever spoken too, very helpful and polite. So if you ever have any questions or need some advice then speak to her. You'll get excellent customer service from her. Thank you Sana!

   As others have noticed there is a male here who is extremely rude and as soon as anyone walks in i think in his head he is saying “This person is brainless and I am going to dismiss whatever this person is going to ask” I am going to change my preferred pharmacy as soon as i get a chance.
