This is very useless pharmacy. The staff is very rude and lies. Staff don't have manners to speak with costumes. Staff is very less knowledge and they don't know the rules and regulations. I suggested don't visited her and buy anything.
Honestly cannot fault this pharmacy, due to the pressures imposed on them by surrounding GP surgeries pushing patients away to see Pharmacists when they're struggling for capacity dispensing medication as it is. Very welcoming and helpful if you show them respect as they will show you respect in return, they're always very busy and cannot always answer but will do their best to accommodate everyone. Always helpful to me and my family when needed, couldn't ask for a better pharmacist and team.
Appalling, called 9 times yesterday, no one picked up, then twice this morning and still, no one picked up, i went in just now and i rang the phone, and i watched them ignoring their shop phone ringing, absolutely ridiculous, i had to leave work to come in and ask them to request a repeat prescription from my GP, Britainia Pharmacy has seriously fallen off, from what used to be a 5 star pharmacy, the best of the best has now succumb to becoming the worst, i hope management has a word with their staff and tell them to not be soo negligent
Bad service. 7days have passed since the prescription was issued by my GP. I still have not received my medicine. I visited the pharmacy twice. The staff said that they will deliver the medicine to my home address on 2/10/24. But it was not delivered. I called the pharmacy late evening on 2/10/24. They said that they will deliver the medicine today (03/10/25). I waited at home until 11:00 today. No delivery was made. I tried to call then from work to check whether the medicine has been delivered .. Nobody is answering the phone. Very irresponsible staff. I am without medicine for 7 days now. I am planning to report this to my GP and the owner of the Pharmacy.
I booked online for my Covid seasonal booster jab. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The lady behind the counter was polite, efficient, and communicated the process well. The injection was administered by an equally efficient professional explaining the process. Overall, it was a good experience visiting this pharmacy. ☺️
I would say not a very professional people. Very rude and disrespectful approaching. There is not need for that. Lack of support in case of medical advice. And a very very dirty! Does no one ever clean there? It took me long time after many visits to finally write what I think. Whoever is a manager should’ve been ashamed.
Absolute shambles, called spoke to some Indian lady could not understand a word of English!! They point blank refused to deliver my urgent medications, told them I'm isolating with my 2 children & cannot leave the house!! Very rude lady did not care at all!! Should be locked up, Britannia pharmacy in ilford are even worse, so bloody useless, don't have a clue what's going on.... Manager is a total waste of space & should not be allowed to work with the public!!! Minus stars, worst service I've ever experienced.....
Not impressed I am afraid. Went in twice for a flu jab and on each occasion told to come back again even after the staff confirming appointment. They need to respect other people's time.
Excellent service lead by Akash & his team. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have aged parents living on their own in this area and the pharmacy delivers the prescriptions as soon as they receive them from the surgery without any delay even in exceptional circumstances such as now. Thanks - keep up the good work.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful, they helped me sort out my prescription when King George A&E messed up and offered me water and a seat. Fast and efficient service. I have 0 complaints.
