I have the highest regard for Tony the pharmacist, for his continued support with my ongoing health issues. He is patient, kind, gentle and has a reassuring professional manner. When you are unable to see a GP being able to seek assistance from Tony and his staff is so comforting. I would highly recommend him.
My wife was bitten by a squirrel on Friday and we both felt it would be wise to seek medical advice and possibly a tetanus injection. The local medical surgery was not at all helpful and neither was a different pharmacy in Barkingside High Street. We were beginning to panic a bit and happened to go into Pyramid Pharmacy (located between the Post Office & Saint Francis Hospice charity shop-old co-op pharmacy) where we were met by Tony. His calm, confident, helpful manner put us immediately at ease. He confirmed that he could provide a tetanus injection, which he administered painlessly, and then he looked at the bite wound and cleaned it up, reassuring my wife that it looked fine and would heal nicely. Tony is the nicest, calmest, most professional knowledgeable Pharmacist we have ever met. He went above and beyond to help my wife and to keep us calm and put us at ease and we cannot recommend his services enough, what more can you ask!
Exceptional pharmacists and assistant (young fair-haired lady, with glasses), who are so caring, friendly and readily and patiently give advice. Our GP surgery failed to send an urgent prescription to the pharmacy, for my father, yet the assistant and pharmacist on duty resolved the problem immediately. Highly recommended! My very elderly Parents highly recommended Pyramid Pharmacy at Barkingside and I would collect there medicine for them regularly and earlier this year I spoke to the Pharmacist and he said I can sort everything for you so we did and we left Tesco's and we are so glad we did .The Team there are fantastic, there all so helpful and nothing is to much trouble absolutely brilliant we can't praise them enough . Tony the Pharmacist is amazing so kind and helpful and extremely knowledgeable so if you need the best please change over to Pyramid.
This is the best pharmacy ever. Tony is the most wonderful and helpful pharmacist who is able answer any queries you may have and help you find a solution to each one. Not only was he able to give us every single one of our needed travel vaccines (there were quite a few) Tony was also able to source Rabies vaccines when no other pharmacy or travel clinic could. Pyramid pharmacy have made a previously daunting task an absolute pleasure, believe it or not after each vaccine we left with a smile! As well as providing us with the vaccines and medication needed for our big travel plans, Tony at pyramid pharmacy was able to advise us on what to take too. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all, if the impeccable customer service we’ve described isn’t enough to sway you they also have unbeatable prices
Wonderful service! I had my flu vaccine done here (I'm very scared of needles), and the lovely pharmacist made it absolutely painless. Such a great experience, 10/10 definitely recommend it
Pharmacy customer service is BEAUTIFUL I went to a few pharmacies up and down the road to find an item. Came here and was greeted so warmly and the pharmacist, Tony, was so incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Really made my experience after a stressful day worth it. Thank you, I will be back!
This pharmacy has changed hands many times, But it being pyramid pharmacy, I've noticed a big improvement with staff and the availability of products. The staff are more freindly and almost all my prescriptions when handed in even a one off are ready within 5 minutes. Amazing team work from everyone. Thank you
