   Worst pharmacy ever. They are demanding minimum payment on card when I want to buy a cotton roll , I got hurt and bleeding they refuse to serve me saying it is thier business policy.I don’t understand in pharmacy do we buy what we need or for thier profit .I don’t think any pharmacy should behave like this. I kindly request nhs to serve people in need of medical assistance not making profits and even the person refused to tell her name. She doesn’t even have name badge This incident happened on 5/11/2025 Time of incident-18:07

   It would be nice if you actually had a chance to talk to explain your ask instead of being spoken over in a condescending and impolite manner. Customer service has become poor since the change in management. Disappointing that basic manners aren’t important and from the reviews, clearly nothing has been done about it.

   This is one of the best pharmacy's in East London. The team are great, supportive and will always go above and beyond to help all their customers. Neha who is based at this branch is one the best pharmacist I have come across and l feel very lucky to have her support myself and my family.

   I am very sorry to have to share such a negative review but since this pharmacy changed hands, it's service as deteriorated considerably. I have had incorrect medication given to me as well as medication which has been delayed by weeks and now most recently when I needed immediate pain relief I am still waiting over a week for the medication. Not to mention missing items from a prescription which we were told would be delivered once available. No phone call, no manner of communication from the pharmacy, nothing. I will be changing pharmacy for sure despite giving Roding Lane many opportunities to improve service. They blame the surgery, the surgery blames them and it's the suffering patient who gets stuck in the middle. Not professional at all. Very disappointed especially as previous management were much better.

   SHAMBOLIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE The staff are always arguing at the back, and they think customers can’t hear. Unfortunately the same disorderly behaviour travels to the customers. I discourage all to house their repeat proscriptions with them - it’s always a hassle, and I do not appreciate being talked down or treated in a passive -aggressive manner. Clearly these pharmacists need a new job. The old management were far better, and this one is an utter shambles. I’d go into detail, but wouldn’t want accusations thrown at me. But to put it simply, the white guy needs humbling.

   My wife and I registered for the COVID test kit and the gov uk site provided us with a bar code for each of us as a proof to show the pharmacy. When picking up he would only give me 1 test kit and would not give me the wife's kit saying only 1 for person! He did not even bother to register my bar code numbers like the other pharmacies do. Shows how unprofessional this outfit is. Can this pharmacy be trusted!

   Always receive excellent service here. They text when medicine is ready to collect, and already bagged up and ready to hand over before I even get to the counter, 5 star service right there! Super friendly staff and they take the effort to know the whole family and medication needs. Pharmacist is always on hand for advice. Highly recommended.
