   Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you actually need your medication. I dropped off a simple prescription for a refill, which the pharmacy assured me would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned two hours later, and they hadn't even started preparing it. When I finally reached the front, the pharmacist didn't even make eye contact. He was unbelievably rude and disorganized. They treated me like an inconvenience for simply asking about my medication.

   Massively overcharged. No price tag. Seemed to make the price up.Twice the price of boots. I failed to find the same medicine for the same high price anywhere in the UK.

   The only reason I visit this pharmacy sometimes is because it is the closest one to my house. My Recent visit was regarding a skin infection and I asked for an antibiotic ointment and they gave me an eye antibacterial ointment. I noticed that at home and went to get it changed. They wouldn't take returns. No refund. No replacement. So I was asked to keep the eye ointment " which I don't need" and purchase the correct medicine too. Idea was serving which initially refused to accept that she served me but when I proved that she did she had to accept. They wouldn't let me to talk to their manager and said he/she is on holidays for 10 days. Well I will visit after 10 days for sure to see the manager.

   Unfortunately, every-time I have had to use this pharmacy there’s always been issues- from not finding my prescriptions or not being ordered- to most recently not challenging the quantity of antibiotics, when flagged that not right quantity I was told by the pharmacist it’s not his job to challenge what’s on the prescription. There have been many occasions whilst waiting for prescriptions the OTC staff sell products with out asking customers if they are on other medications or even check if they need to be referred as their symptoms need further exploration. It’s sadly very poor service for a professional pharmacy that should adhere to high standards of patient care. I’m all for using local pharmacies and they really need to change their current practices.
