   Refused to treat my sick cat after a few days; the vets were cold, uncaring and uncompassionate and then had the nerve to ring me up and demand more money. The vets are fresh out of medical school and do not know how to diagnose anything other than the most basic problems. Don't go there if you care about your pets.

   I cannot thank the team enough for the care and support they’ve given me and my cat. Petros has been absolutely wonderful he’s not only a highly skilled vet, but also one of the most caring and patient people I’ve ever met. He always takes the time to really listen to every concern I’ve had about my cat and explains everything in such a calm, polite, and reassuring way. The treatment and attention he provides are outstanding, and it’s clear he genuinely cares. Honestly, he deserves the very best recognition Peter has also been fantastic. Since my cat has been in and out, he’s been so supportive and always kind and polite, which makes such a difference when you’re worried about your pet And I can’t forget Alison and Shaynie at reception – they are both so lovely and helpful. Every time I’ve called or come in, they’ve been welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond Truly an amazing team I’m so grateful for all of them

   All Staff are so helpful and cheerful the receptionist, Pharmacist vet. The Vet was amazing so pleasent and kind my dog was so relaxed to be examined by her she explained everything. completely put me at ease about my dogs health care. Thank you for wonderful service

   My beautiful Sebastian passed away a month ago, he's home now, carefully delivered and safe. Over the years I have had 12 cats put to rest all by this same crematorium. Can't speak too highly of them, wonderful. Thanks so much xxxx

   Really kind vets. My daughter's rat (Sam) was put to sleep. She was very upset but process was quick and painless and my daughter was made to understand that this was the kindest thing to do as he was dying and very ill. We were able to take him home to bury him. RIP Sam.

   The care was first time in a long time I've been there..they were attentive listening and gave my dog well careful and passionate care. All the staff were friendly and polite and helped in every aspect we requested and provided information to make things straight forward for me to know what had been done and what needed doing. 5 star highly recommend and I highly urge donations to keep this type of establishment open and running!
