   I would like to take a moment to share feedback regarding my recent experience at the store, particularly concerning the conduct of the store manager, Khan. I found it concerning that there appears to be a lack of awareness regarding individual customer needs, especially given that this store includes a pharmacy. It is my belief that a deeper understanding of concepts such as invisible disabilities would greatly enhance customer service. During my visit, I experienced a situation where I was not able to complete packing my shopping before Mr. Khan began assisting another customer in close proximity (over my shoulder and across my face). When I requested a moment to finish, he indicated that I was taking too long and implied that I was causing a delay for other customers. Despite my attempts to communicate my needs, the response was dismissive and argumentative, which I felt was unprofessional. Additionally, he engaged other customers in the situation, further exacerbating the discomfort. This experience raises concerns about the training and support provided to staff, particularly in the context of effective customer service. I believe that a more aware and empathetic approach from leadership could lead to significant improvements.

   Booked a flu vaccination for today 2.30pm and it got cancelled at short notice. This is the 2nd time they have done this. Don't bother wasting your time. I won't return again. Booked elsewhere now for today.

   Terrible pharmacy - should get zero rating. Three people working behind in the dispensary and still unable to be efficient and attend to people waiting. Customer before me said they collected a regular prescription, yet the pharmacy were frequently out of stock and was told he had to return tomorrow. He decided he longer wants to use this pharmacy. I shall be avoiding too.

   This pharmacy is so bad that i actually wanted to write a review about it. I was told via email prescription is ready to collect. I came, waited in a queue for 30 mins to then be told that they didn't have it and needed to order it in. I then came a few days later to try again and had to wait in a queue for 45 mins to collect it. Maybe I haven't been to enough pharmacies but I've never experienced one this bad, I only ever had to wait a few minutes in every other pharmacy that I've been to for collecting meds. They seem very understaffed here. Everyone in the queue was understandably getting very frustrated and from what I've heard from the people there this seems to be the everyday norm. My advice is to go to another pharmacy to collect your meds if you don't want to wait for 30 -40 mins in a line.

   I wish there is an option to give 0 stars! This is the WORST pharmacy ever! I need to collect my injections every month and they never have it in stock. Last 2 times they saying their system is not working. Today (Saturday-05/04/25) I went to the pharmacy 2 times because the system was "not working" and they said it will be working at 2.30pm so "you can come back or we can call you" . Of course nobody called me and I went to check if I can get the medication or at least the prescription so I can look for the medications in another pharmacy. I went back at 2.50pm and there was a note that the pharmacy will reopen at 3.30pm! Well, finally managed to get at least my prescription from them. NOT RECOMMENDING! Avoid if possible.
