   They are completely mess, the staff (boys) are helpless. I have been waiting more than one hour to get the pair of the shoes, and finally they brought it. They asked me to saty in the que and pay and the boy will put the shoes on the till. After very long que, I found that only one shoe in the box!!! How ! I don't know. After waiting again they simply sayed that we couldn't find it without a word sorry. Very unprofessional and mess shop.

   Went into the store today to buy some trainers. As I walked upstairs two young girls looked at me said something and walked away, never asked if I needed any help, guess that was due to me bringing older then them. So I turned round and spent my money in another shop where I brought more then one pair.

   Ordered item that they had in stock in their store so was able to collect within 2 hours… only down side was item was badly creased and soiled so now have to return. Would advise using this store for clothing plus service is slow like really slow staff more interested in looking hip rather than getting on with the job in hand

   synaworld X nike drop today. got there at 7 am with ten people infront of me. over the course of the hour that it took from me waiting to the shop opening 30 people managed to get into line with there friends so there was 40 people infront of me. awful QUE managing from JD, when a member of staff called niomi came outside i explained my issue and she told a manager and her herself came outside and asked me what size of shoe i am and put it to the side for me, wonderful customer servuce but poor que managing(first photo was when i first got there second was at 8:02 AM)

   Was in on 31/12/2022 to use a Christmas voucher. The voucher was worth £30 and I had seen a light Castore sports jacket online. It was valued at £40 so there was no issue putting 10 pounds towards it. When I got to the counter there was a problem with the bar code. It took around 15 to 20 minutes before the manager was summoned to try to sort it out. After doing a price check it finally came back as the original price. Think that's the first time I've ever stood longer at a counter than I a queue. Thank god I didn't have to be anywhere any time soon.

   Sells the usual sportswear stuff, however special mention for the staff at the Glasgow Argyle at branch, the queue for the till was huge, but these guys worked their sports socks off and it was less than a ten minute wait, outstanding! Plus the customer service was excellent!

   Clean store, friendliest staff I’ve found in a JD store, such a lovely sales guy, had a brilliant conversation with him but unfortunately they didn’t have the shoe size we were looking for.
