   I love the Audiologist's there. Friendly and goes above and beyond to help you out. However, every time I go to Boots there seems to be terrible attitude from the shop floor staff. I have had it with the Pharmacy, Optician front desk and main counter. I have also witness the Pharmacist tell an elderly lady with a walking stick to go queue somewhere else (with attitude) whilst the lady was struggling. Today at the Pharmacy, there was unnecessary shouting at customers to queue somewhere that wasn't labelled clearly. They need to start retraining their staff to speak to customers properly. Retrain staff! 2 stars and 5 stars for the Audiologist department

   The pharmacy closes at 18:00, but you have to be there by at least 17:30 because they’ll be closing the queue, effectively not taking any more customers after 17:30.

   You can find most of what you are looking for here but beware the prices are quite high! Maybe shop around elsewhere if you have the time? There aren’t many customer service assistants around apart from a couple at the tills and in the pharmacy section. Maybe one at the perfume section. For a large store, they need more people at the tills. And more tills. The shop is accessible by bus, train and car. There are quite a few bus stops within walking distance. The shop is wheelchair accessible. I did see someone using a shop mobility scooter but only once. The aisles are average or large sized. If you are a wheelchair user or a parent pushing a large pushchair, you may not be able to squeeze through some aisles but the assistants are there to help.

   Place was clean and staff were friendly. Went in there to get some masks for my mum and didn't know there was an offer of buy one get one free. The Lady behind the counter told me about it and scanned through two of the packets so I could just go and pick one up and leave without having g to go back to checkout, which I thought was very nice of her. Good to see covid guidelines being followed properly here too.

   High end drug store with a number of varieties of products and a pharmacy in-store.I could not find a weighting machine to check my weight anywhere except here.Expect queues mostly all the times until closing time at the pharmacy counter.

   Since the little boots has closed trying to get a prescription is literally awful and you need at least 1 hour between queue and dispatch. The staff is really not very polite either. The top floor tills are always unattended or understaffed and in many occasions the lifts are not working. Some staff is really helpful but there are many that are very unwilling to help and when asking them you never get an straight answer so it's all about luck, could be great or terrible depending on the day.
