   I took my daughter in as I suspected she had bacterial tonsillitis. I asked if she could be assessed by the pharmacist, but I was told they don’t give out medication “willy nilly”. I asked again if she could be looked at and the pharmacist reluctantly agreed. I found the staff and pharmacist incredibly condescending and rude. They were then defensive when I tried to explain why I wanted her throat checked (due to yellow spots on her tonsils) and I know she has had this before and required antibiotics due to it being bacterial tonsillitis. He rudely replied, nobody “knows” and pointed to the chair and said aggressively “sit down”. At this point I decided to leave as I didn’t want him to touch my daughter. I found the whole experience very upsetting and I’m shocked at how patronising and dismissive the tone is by the staff and the pharmacist. I left and went to aspire pharmacy in sidcup where they considerately assessed my daughter, confirmed she did have tonsillitis and prescribed antibiotics. I will never visit Osbon Pharmacy again.

   I've just been to Osborn Pharmacy at Albany Park and asked to speak to the pharmacist for a non serious medical issue. She was incredibly helpful and helped put my mind at ease. A great service compared to some of the other local pharmacies in the area.

   Not a welcoming pharmacy, minus one or two of the assistants at the counter. Constantly messing up prescriptions. More often than not have to order in even common medications! Never apologise for any inconvenience caused! Disgustingly criminal private prescription charges even on child antibiotics! Boots charge £13 this place wanted £23! Now that Azim at Hollytree has retired, who was a great pharmacist, St Johns in Sidcup High St is a good pharmacy and Aspire, probably the last remaining good ones left in the area so I have changed my designated pharmacy. End of 40 years using this pharmacy over its various owners, which is weirdly quite sad but a sign of the times. All family members still in area have done the same. Dreadful pharmacy!

   Generally the main people working at the Albany Park branch are not very friendly and welcoming at all, they have a couple of ladies who are assistants at the counter who are nice, but the others are fairly stand off and the young guy can be borderline rude. They also rarely have even the most common medications in stock and the final nail for me was charging £22 for children's antibiotic private prescription while other chemists would charge £12-£13, utterly disgusting! Shame as Ive been with this chemist all my life through its various identities. Switched pharmacies to St Johns in Sidcup, probably the best pharmacy in the area now that Hollytree has been taken over And Azim has retired.
