We visited on Saturday for the Christmas market and were absolutely blown away with the place. What a genuinely lovely group of people and place. The food was outstanding, far better than we had expected. I had the Italian penne stew and honestly, I have paid double in fancy Italian restaurants for far less tasty food. We were only visiting he area but will make a point of returning here the next time we are in Edinburgh.

I completed the bike maintenance course here and would recommend it to anyone who uses a bike. If you think you know about bike maintenance, you'll learn so much more. Absolutely fantastic! This is a very friendly, welcoming place and with great food and coffee too!

What a find ! An authentic locally run community cafe with delicious home cooked food . We enjoyed the tomato lentil soup, toasted sandwich and amazing oat coconut slice . Wonderful to support this community centre - visit and enjoy their museum and cafe - you won’t be disappointed !!

A delightful find, especially on a sunny day where you can sit out on the balcony. There is also inside seating. This community base offers gardening, soap making course, has cycles & organised walks, yoga, a kids play area. All good is home made but presentation is still good as was portion size and pricing. Service was quick, pleasant and staff were happy to chat without being overbearing. Really lovely feel. Despite being right beside a busy main road, the traffic noise is a background din once you are here. The food was indeed very tasty. 2 mains, a panini served with salad, coleslaw & crisps, coffee, juice and a cake was around £35. They take cash & card. The menu changes but staples are paninis, baked potatoes with the choice of soup & 3 other mains. Around 8 sweet treats to choose from & home made chutneys and jams. This is en route to the hospital so I know where lunch will be now!

I've been to an event at Bridgend Farmhouse and also recently visited the cafe. The space is marvellous and quite welcoming. Food is simple but tasty. Wide range of hot and cold drinks. I'll be back soon!

Visited on a Saturday which was lively with stalls and workshops open with a wide variety of handicrafts and goods for sale. The cafe is a cosy wee space with a friendly and helpful atmosphere.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bridgend Farmhouse and they are an incredible team, charity and cause to support. Their kindness and passion shows throughout and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to visit, volunteer and/or use their community facilities.
