My husband went to go pick up my prescription for me after he’d finished work , he arrived 10 minutes before closing time but shutters were already down. I have to wait until tomorrow to start my pain relief prescribe by my doctor.
Went to pick up a pre ordered prescription yesterday, arrived 12.54pm. Pharmacy advertises a 1pm advertised closing time. Shutters were down and firmly locked with no one about. Please update your opening times online as you wasted my time for making the trip.
They were not able to fulfill my prescription over the last week. Had to come twice without success. I'm talking very basic meds. One of the staff told me they are SHUTTING DOWN business - meaning they only keep the bare minimum in stock. Therefore I would NOT recommend ordering anything here, especially if you have urgent prescription. Also most of the personal is unfriendly.
I don’t use this pharmacy very often but when I do it’s generally closed when it is supposed to be open and when it is open the staff aren’t very helpful. I’m lucky enough to be able to go elsewhere but some are not so fortunate.
I have nothing but praise for the service I receive from this Pharmacy. Over the last few years throughout Covid, they have delivered my medication on time. Thank you.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you guys for the surprise delivery of my prescription today. I only popped it in a couple of hours prior and was expecting to have to pick it up. Huge thanks for what you're doing to support the community at such a difficult time.
Very poor service. I went into the pharmacy and waited and waited for even an acknowledgment from the 5 members of staff who were behind the counter. No one person even made eye contact or said they would be with me in a moment. I ended up leaving and using the fantastic 7 day Chemist in Welling.
