   Ridiculous service. Paid for a prescription 17/04/2025. No receipt was given they said 1-2 working days. It was. Bank holiday weekend and I was away anyway. Came back on Monday no one knows where it is said come back in the week. Sent my husband on Tuesday no one knows. Went back today, the pharmacist Jay says his not sure if I collected it on Saturday. When I told him I was out of the country. So telling me I’m lying over £7.50. Rather than taking accountability for his actions and his staffs incompetencey this guy calls me a liar. Avoid them like the plague clearly they don’t know what they are doing!!

   Very bad service over the phone I just asked to request my prescription and all I asked that at the end. When can I collect it? Can I get it today ? and she was really rude and said no you can’t get it today has to get approved by the GP and then you have to wait 48 hours and then she had the nerve to say to me why did you not do this before you could’ve collected it or you could’ve walked in and then she had to go and say we have patients here that our priority. So if you call us if you can’t pick up the phone that means we’re busy and then she started giggling after this is not professional if you’re not happy with the work don’t work there simple as that I was just really nice on top of that you had to give attitude.

   Visited this branch after a very long time. Have always had a not so good experience in the past where the pharmacists have been grumpy. However, upon this visit there was a lovely new young girl who welcomed me and my mum with a smile. She was so kind and even translated in Punjabi for my mum to communicate clearly. Forgot to ask her name but her service was 11/10. Has made me feel more comfortable attending this pharmacy. Thank you!

   The service is mediocre in store. The pharmacists are nice however on the phone they cut the call midway because they had a patient. While talking to staff on the phone, I am still a customer so the service should be the same as if you are talking to someone in real life. Also, they confirmed with me that the pharmacist would be available on Saturday, but when we came the pharmacist was not there to administer the vaccine we already paid for. Therefore they wasted our time!

   Had the pleasure of being served by two lovely young ladies by the names of Rhea and Gagandeep on Monday. Both were extremely attentive and sorted out my mums missing medication quickly and were so understanding about my circumstances. Both ladies were extremely kind and caring and professional. Best customer service I have received in a very long time
