   I was really struggling to get hold of a medication, my direct pharmacy was the only pharmacy that had it in stock, the pharmacist Hasan went out of his way to get this delivered to me today! I can’t thank this pharmacy enough. Thank you for your 5 star service!!

   There is a nation wide shortage of my medication so had to make many many phone calls to several pharmacies looking for it. MY DIRECT PHARMACY cliamed to have it in stock so I got a prescription from my GP called MY DIRECT PHARMACY Three times to make sure they had it in stock and I was reassured each time that they had it in stock. I spent over 1 hour on the bus , arrived at their place of business and after standing and waiting for over 10mins was told they didn't have it in stock and would need to order it in UNBELIEVABLE! !! I had already told them on the phone that my pharmacy was waiting on an order for over 5 weeks!! What was the point of wasting my time ?! Totally unfair, very unprofessional and a horrid experience

   They are amazing! They deliver, they listen, they accomodate their clients needs, my parents are so happy with their service, better than some other places we have used in the past. We don't live nearby but they are happy to deliver, they don't prolong their delivery they are very prompt in their service . Thankyou

   I moved to this pharmacy recently after years of having problems with other pharmacies, and I can honestly say, I am very impressed. The staff are kind, polite, friendly and very efficient. This is the best pharmacy I've ever had and for that reason I moved my mum to this pharmacy and she is really happy too. Meds are always delivered on time and for a change, I don't have to worry about chasing up my GP because the pharmacy manage it all. Thank you to all the MyDirect Pharmacy staff for everything. You are all an asset to the health system in this country. Pooja

   I live with my elderly mother and also have a young child at home and from time to time we need medication for various reasons. The team at My Direct Pharmacy are amazing they are always willing to go that bit extra to accommodate and deliver. During lockdown if it wasn't for them it would of been so difficult to get important medication but they made it so hassle free and took all the pressure off. Keep up the great work guys you all are an essential benefit to the community. I would recommend My Direct Pharmacy to all my friends and family.
