This pharmacy has friendly supportive staff. They are extremely efficient and helpful. I highly recommend them as it’s very hard to find a good pharmacy where all staff members have great customer service skills. Thank you to all the team.

I do not recommend this pharmacy for vaccinations. I was booked for vaccines at 13:00 today and arrived on time just to discover that the person in charge was on a lunch break and I'd have to wait for 45 minutes. Due to work committments, I had to leave and make a new booking for another day. 3 hours later, they called me and told me to come "now". I did complain about the whole thing, but they never apologised and hang up saying "OK". It was simply NOT OK!
One, of the stuff went across London just to get me an inhaler, which was out of stock almost everywhere. I had run out a few days before, and it was really affecting my breathing. I am very grateful to this man, and would like to thank him for the outstanding service.
I recently had a fantastic experience at a goodmayes pharmacy. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff who provided helpful advice , especially the staff Ashh, he was really friendly and down to earth,very knowledgeable person. Not only were the prices competitive, but the variety of options available made it easy to find the right solution. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely be a returning customer.
Every single time I've picked up a prescription, there has been an issue. I expect better customer service from a pharmacy. McDonald's has less inept employees. Really sad too, cos I've used lloyds for years. This particular shop isn't fit for purpose

I bought a watch last week and I couldn't charge its battery and I asked for a refund at the pharmacy but the employees refused on the grounds that I don't know if it will be returned. Saturday 12.02.22
Not very happy went in there this morning for a lateral test kit and was told I couldn't have due to the fact that their barcode for the nhs wasn't working properly, so Ieft without the test kit Hone yo boots in Ilford no problem at all
