Terrible customer service bought a pair of white trainers that were sold with a dirty mark on them. Phoned and explained this to the manager he said would be able to return as the trainers were bought that way. Decided to change the mind when we got into the shop due SHAM the manager now telling me that’s the way the shoe was when it left the store. £185 for a product that totally unhappy about. Implying that the shoes had been worn and they have never been out the box !

Staff were very rude. Went in to ask a question about some faulty trainers I purchased in another store, and you would think I had insulted them. A female staff member with short hair was really standoffish and abrupt. I've seen quite a few reviews about the poor customer service in this store, and I must agree with them all. When I challenged what she was saying, we were surrounded by a group of staff members as if we were literally going to be thrown out. I have never experienced such treatment in a store. I believe head office needs to conduct an investigation into the bad service in this store. Particularly with this staff member.

Great location, amongst many footwear providers. Store not as big as some, but always have options across various ranges. I was helped by a very friendly guy, who said he usually works in the stockroom, but was helping out in front of house, and had excellent footwear knowledge. He made my visit very easy, and I heard his excellent interaction with other customers. Thanks to all the staff.

Bought a pair of trainers from here & after a few wears they showed signs of bad Quality Control. Attempted to take back the shoes with them being burst & plainly obvious to anyone I was told that they weren’t refundable, having worked in footwear in my past it was absolute nonsense & was told that Footlocker are apparently very strict and the girl would have lost her job on the return. Anyway, took them back to the store in Glasgow fort and they were returned immediately. pretty sure the girl (Supervisor) just had a chip on her shoulder for whatever reason all for a return on a pair of shoes. Definitely won’t be back.

Staff friendly and helpful but was not able to get the item that I was looking for as it was not in stock, even in the other stores in Glasgow which puzzled the assistant as their was plenty stock in another city and the assistant was not able to order it as a request to the shop

Walked in on a quiet COVID Sunday afternoon with only one other couple in store. Was told to apply hand sanitiser before coming in, good policy. Had a look for my desired purchase, which I couldn't see, so I asked the one of the two sanitary marshals manning the door if he knew about a certain trainer. No. Told him it's on the website. Still no, but try all the other trainer shops in town. Told him I had a voucher to use, shoes available online, voucher doesn't work online, asked if they could be ordered from another store. Answer was another list of stores I could try, again. I hadn't even exhausted my options yet, before he rudely went back to his conversation with his "colleague" about scheduling shifts and how he wasn't meant to be working this day or that day. I gave in with them, started looking at alternatives and reluctantly chose a replacement. Asked one of the remaining two colleagues by the till if I could try them in my size. Get chatting about the colour and style. Tell him about the ones I actually wanted. He was very helpful, asked to see a picture, tried to see if he could order in/stock transfer/availability elsewhere - - - lo and behold - - - "my system says they're in this shop, on a rack" . He goes to where my unhelpful friend(s) were stood, goes around them to a rack BY THE DOOR, holds up a shoe and says "These?". Right shoe, right size, a sale recovered from a probable walkout. Too busy discussing shifts and ignoring customers down the front to realise the product I'm asking for is being obscured from view by the two ignoramic lumps of meat of whom I'm asking the questions. In a climate where travel is limited, work is limited, custom and trade is limited... You'd think you'd do everything you could to help a customer asking for it, to get the sale, to drive the business, to pay the wage. Unreal. #1StarForSani #SaniForSanitisingOnly #SaniNaeSales

Very nice helpful staff, good range of style and sizes for kids and teenagers. Store is always nice and tidy and someone is always available to help find the best size. Very convenient location too.

This year, for the first time, Footlocker are accepting Love2Shop Vouchers. When I visited & tried to buy a pair of trainers with them, the staff had no idea what to do with them... Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry while they figured out how to take them via their till system & have to say the quality, friendly, helpful customer service attitude of the staff that day was a breath of fresh air. They eventually figured out the system, and are a credit to the store, fantastic team they have here!
