   DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE- a few weeks ago I went in to look for shoes for my boyfriend, I asked for size 9 & the sales assistant let me know they had them in store, he went to retrieve them & around 10 minutes later he came from the back and let me know he had mad a mistake and they did not have them, he offered to order the for me which I politely declined and I left the store, I then returned 5 minutes later and another member of staff ordered me the shoes online to come to my home, when the shoes arrived they were not the size I asked for, I have then come back to this store to return the shoes for the staff members to let me know they will not take my return that day because they’ve payed more customers in returns today than the profit they have made, they would not attempt to even try the return for me- I have no use with a size 10 pair of shoes I would not have purchase these shoes if I knew this

   The staff were pretty incompetent and felt forced to approach you because its their job, at least show some enthusiasm! When I asked for a specific size, they insisted the brand didn’t make it, even after I showed them evidence on my phone. However, when I checked the Footlocker website myself, I found the size available there. Shop could do with a tidy up near the till as there were boxes and hangers laying bare, at least put them away from customer view.

   Feedback on Recent Experience I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience I had at your store. Last week, I purchased a pair of shoes for £125. Unfortunately, upon trying them on at home, I discovered that the shoelace was ripped after wearing them just once. I returned to the store to explain the situation to the supervisor. However, I was met with a very rude response. She dismissed my concerns outright and stated that the store would not exchange the faulty product, despite your staff member, Ross, acknowledging the issue. When I requested the supervisor’s name for reference, she refused to provide it. I found her demeanor unprofessional, as she appeared to be more focused on her own comfort rather than assisting customers. Additionally, I overheard her using inappropriate language while speaking to another customer. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you to ensure that such experiences do not happen again. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

   If your size XXL or XL or a size 12 shoe your wasting your time going here, staff are friendly and welcoming and styles are incredible if your a small man, your better ordering from there online website get better prices too no wonder the high street is failing.
