   Stopped here for a break. Quite a few tables hadn't been cleared, quite untidy cafe. Cake was not fresh, hard round edges and very dry, even with butter cream on top. Definitely not worth what we paid. Must be the most expensive cafe in livingston centre. 1st visit and will definitely be my last.

   Disappointed by this place despite a nice menu. 3 very sullen girls serving very slowly: one asked me if her arm was bleeding. Urgh. Almost £10 for a damp tuna panini and a glass (not bottle or can) of lemonade (£3.80 when a chilled can of San Pell is £2.20 in Nero) Dirty and smelly toilets. I never leave bad reviews but this really deserved it.

   Honestly in disbelief how badly run this place is, handed a red hot flat bread in a sealed celefane bag which was basically a messy ball of food. 2 little girls running the place were too busy carrying on to even do anything.

   The servis is very bad. No respect to client. Very arogant manager. We do not recommend. We were asked to leave because we asked for respect and replacement of filthy dishes. Shocking experience. Filthy tables, dishes. Avoid for any price.

   Been coming here for years since I was a child, shame to see how it is now, place quite dirty and very quiet for the morning I always remember it used to be busy, hot chocolate was warm at best, latte was basically warm milk had to ask for extra shots of coffee in it for my mother. Muffins were sadly not as nice as they used to be. Staff arw polite but we're to busy having a carry-on behind the counter, sadly not as good as it used to be such a shame

   5 stars are for the 2 lovely ladies serving (best wishes to the one who was leaving that day on maternity leave) To be honest the market is swamped with coffee & cake shops products were nice (as are many places). The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and are the reason we would return thank you ladies

   The coffee is good, but the muffins and cakes are awesome. I will sometimes pop in just for a take away muffin and my wife likes there scones. Definitely worth a try.
