   Really helpful. Delivery my medication because of my disability. Quite busy but if I need my medication before they can deliver they have let me park in the street & bring it out to me so I don't have to struggle. Obviously security checks are made to make sure it's me. Lol x

   I've had to go into the pharmacy today due to my frustration and anger at their lack of competency, inattentiveness, and lack of care. They don't resolve their own problems and then blame me for complaining and literally told me to go somewhere else. I am a type 1 diabetic. They've neglected to process my prescription in a timely manner and they don't inform you as to when it's coming in even though I give them ample time to process it. I also seem to get things I haven't ordered and don't get things I have ordered. I am made to feel as if I'm imposing on a service that they offer. The inadequacy adds to my stress and frustration as I need blood testers to check my blood sugar levels, so I can't monitor my illness, which needs constant management. The staff were unapologetic, rude, hung up the phone on me whilst I called prior. When I went in, they walked away whilst I was confronting them over the issue and started doing other jobs. They seemed irritated when held to account. This has also happened to my mum who is also a Type 1 Diabetic. I am capable of raising this issue but what if someone more vulnerable isn't? Should they just be left with inadequate service or potential medical complications? It's just worrying. This is not good enough, I would seriously advise retraining in politeness, helpfulness, their treatment of human beings when they raise concerns and not treating them as if they're problem, and a reminder of the importance of the medication they're handling. They must sort out the issues they are creating, this is an ongoing issue with them. They make me feel like I'm the problem when their inadequacy is not being resolved. I would seriously consider just going to another chemist.

   I booked a flu vaccination using the NHS online booking system. On the same morning it was due, I was sent an email saying that I had cancelled the appointment. I emailed and received no response, and tried phoning but each time it was engaged. Very disappointed that in effect they cancelled my appointment, didn't phone given it was the same day, and made themselves uncontactable. When I tried to rebook them online, their availability had fully disappeared.

   Went for my first vaccine and the service was amazing from the second I went into the chemist. The owner did my vaccine and was so caring. The lady at the till was very welcoming and she helped me pick out products for my skin. Amazing clinic with brilliant in store products.
