Very slow service, very long queue of kids and only 1 person is serving. I have spent 15 minutes just to be served.
Staff took ages to acknowledge me and sort out my order, both of them just wanted to talk amongst themselves instead of servicing customers. 2 behind me left as they were taking so long. 2 pieces of burnt bacon on a role for the price it was a joke tbh When they ask if I was paying cash or card, the cashier rolled her eyes as if I’d said something wrong.
Service was shocking. Took over 5 minutes to get acknowledged. Even being the only one at the counter. The server seemed more interested in speaking to her friends at the tables than dealing with customers!
Decent spot for a quick bite and a drink. Pretty quick service and reasonably cheap. I've had some nice wraps and toasties here, but the coffee was mediocre at best. Looks and feels dirty and messy inside. Would not return until the whole place has been tidied up.
Friendly staff, but the burger was a letdown.
Got a super weird call from Empire Cafe, Im from Sweden, why did they call me? The cafe is also probably a scam call center. Because why would they call me and hundreds of other swedish people? In my country this number from Empire Cafe is labeled as a scamming number.
Very friendly service and nice breakfast
Had a an ice cream which tasted quite old and the whole place looked really dirty and far below hygiene standards! Also when I asked for a receipt they said it wasn't possible because I paid cash. Dodgy place!
We went this morning to have a coffee and a croissant and it couldn't be more delicious!! Awesome breakfast for excelent price. Also he is really kind. For sure we'll repeat very soon :)
