We found this place today using Google as we were going to Cramond Island for a walk. The food was absolutely delicious, everything is freshly made to order. We had the panini with chorizo, peppers and mozzarella, the taste was amazing, and a chicken and bacon sandwich, which was delicious and the bread was fantastic as well as the filling. To have a treat we had plum pie, and this was so good, everything tastes of quality and is so well made, highly recommend, a wee gem of a place.

The best soup we had in the UK. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, fantastic food and ideally located next to the Roman fort remains, or 10mins walk from the beach. There is plenty of parking, there is a parking near the beach too.

Truly a hidden gem! Kind staff and superior-quality food at very reasonable prices. I've had an egg roll twice and it was to die for! I think they use prime quality ingredients, the bread roll itself was so soft and tasty. Unfortunately not dog friendly (I think because they are within a larger premise), but they do takeaway from the back (it's not signposted, just walk to the back of the building and you'll find a desk with a bell to ring staff and a menu, there is also a nice garden with some benches). So really an amazing spot to stop by after a long walk on the beach!

I had a delicious hot chocolate and fruit scone. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The menu was very reasonably priced and the cooked items I saw on other tables looked great! I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic place, only had takeaway because of the dog. Bacon rolls one of the best I have had. Coffee nice too.

This is a little gem of a cafe. Welcoming and with a great selection of cakes and scones, soup or bacon rolls. Prices very reasonable and service and cleanliness second to none. Explore the Roman ruins outside and there is a great wee playpark adjacent.

Such a lovely little cafe. They had a fantastic selection of drinks, food and sweet things (including vegan and gluten free options!). Cathy and Heather were absolutely lovely and were so happy to chat with us as we decided what we wanted. I had a falafel wrap and a latte and both were delicious. Great place to pick up something on your way to crammond beach or just before the car journey home!!

I was so glad to find this cafe. The hosts Cathy and Heather were fantastic and the food was delicious. They had a great sandwich selection as well as bacon rolls, coffee, kids food and some wonderful baking. If you stop by make sure to try the carameleta, it was outstanding!
