   We decided to drop in here after a very wet, cold run. The restaurant was very quiet as we were quite early, and we given the warmest of welcomes by the lovely Emily. We were offered three set menus: set menu, à la carte and festive; the choices were excellent, and Emily very professionally guided us through the options. I have attached photos of the delicious Prawn and Salmon Rigatoni and Calabrese Calzone that we ordered; both were cooked perfectly. All in all, a great experience, but the final word goes to the amazing Emily who made it such a memorable evening for us; she is a credit to Prezzo!

   Really great service and excellent food. Although it’s a chain, this Prezzo manages to get out great food at good prices. We had the oven baked prawns, Tuscan beef and the hot one pizza. All faultless. Eve was particularly helpful - friendly and attentive but not too attentive! Thanks!

   We were the only people in the restaurant, the decor and ambience seemed very clinical. Besides that the food was good , although having been brought a voucher for a two course meal for two the menu choices were very limited in comparison to the full menu . Also we were asked if we wanted any oils / sauces to go with our main meals which was pizza , so chilli oil & garlic mayonnaise was requested. We got the bill and we got charged £1.50 for the smallest portion of garlic mayonnaise I’ve ever seen. To be honest the likelihood of returning to this food chain is very slim .

   Good food, great service, lovely ambiance. Emily was fantastic from start to finish. Attentive, helpful, polite and charismatic. A real asset to the company. The only negative we could think of was cold dishes. Pasta gets cold quickly because of this.

   Arrived at 5.30, left just after 7pm. We had to wait for head of house to seat us even though there were other members of staff around, guess that is solely his job as well as other things. Ordered our meals and they were very tasty. I had tre gusti pizza and my partner had pasta. We had tiramsu and asked for ice cream, a flavour was not discussed and chocolate ice cream arrived with a free shot of ammaretto. They brought the bill over and the young girl questioned with us if it was actually our bill as it had children's food on there, it took them over 10 mins to sort the bill out and it was agreed that to try and match it to a best fit, we ended up passing a slightly cheaper bill.

   Fantastic service from Steff and Natalie. The food came out quickly and they have a excellent gluten free menu. The quality and cleanliness is on point. I had a gf Chicken Alfredo fusilli that was delicious. Would recommend, we loved it so much we came back the next day to eat again.

   The food is excellent. Tomato sauce made of real tomatoes. I cannot describe the taste of the sauce as I haven’t tasted something so good in a while. If excellent would have superlative, that would be the food taste description. Great customer service!

   Nice service and decoration of the restaurant; however, the food quality is really disappointing. The galic bread was one of the smaller and tasteless I never had in a restaurant and was still more than £5. The overall food quality feels really cheap and tasteless. The recipe on the menu sounds amazing but left flat down with the ingredients.

   A good clean , bright and well furnished Prezzo not far from Chippenham Railway Station. No on site parking, but a car park nearby and some on street parking in Station Road. Disabled access is easy as all on the level. Pizza's are cooked in a gas flame burning pizza oven. Most of the menu consists off pasta and pizza.
